The host, Chayo, will greet you upon check-in to ensure a warm welcome. The property is accessible and parking for up to four vehicles is provided, with two spaces in the garage and additional spots on the private street. For access into the neighborhood, please have valid ID and prior registration ready to present at the security checkpoint.

Please note that we have a no-party and no-event policy for a peaceful stay. Pets are warmly welcomed with a small fee of $500 MXN per pet, allowing up to 4 furry friends. While enjoying your stay, please be considerate of our quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas. We regretfully cannot accommodate visitors. For energy usage, we encourage responsible consumption. Daily Cleaning service is included and its no optional. You can request to heat the pool and jacuzzi for an additional fee of $1000 MXN per night
