Sleeps 8; Quilts, blankets and pillows provided – BYO sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats & tea-towels OR optional linen hire $170 available through Country Getaways office; optional linen service fee $80 for beds to be made up. Ensuite bathroom adjoining master queen bedroom with walk-in shower, vanity and toilet; Main bathroom has walk-in shower and vanity; Separate toilet. Reverse cycle split system air-conditioning in master bedroom and lounge room; Pedestal fan. Spacious central living area with lounge room, kitchen and dining. Large television in living area; Sofa seating in lounge room; WiFi for guests; Board games; Books. Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove and cooktop, microwave, filtered water, dishwasher and medium-sized fridge with freezer on top; Small kitchen appliances including kettle, toaster and sandwich press; Nespresso coffee machine (guests need to bring compatible pods or purchase locally). Laundry facilities in living area; Front load washing machine; Clothes dryer; Iron; Ironing board; Rotary clothesline in rear yard. Undercover dining area on rear deck; Outdoor seating and dining; Flat plate gas barbecue. Fenced rear yard. Fish cleaning sink. Outdoor shower. Off-street parking for up to 2 cars (or 1 car and a boat) in the fenced rear yard; Parking at the front of house for another vehicle; No shed access for guests. Less than 15 minutes’ walk to beach, or 5-minute drive. Pets by arrangement only ($100 refundable bond applies per pet) - inside pets accepted.
DIRECTIONS: Follow Port Hughes Road from Moonta towards Port Hughes before turning right onto Rossiter’s Road, then right onto Stocker Street. Follow Stocker Street for around 250m, and Te Taha Moana – By The Beach is on the right (corner of Westside Avenue), with parking access off Stocker Street and a yellow holiday rental sign at the front of the house.
