We loved staying at Beach Ballz!! Very clean, very nice remodel. The owners are very thoughtful in that the kitchen was very well stocked and had nice appliances, the beds were very comfortable, as was all the furniture in the living area. Nice outdoor seating areas on front porch and under the house. We really loved it! Short walk to the beach, and walkable to the pier.

We had a great vacation in Garden City. There were a few things on the cleanliness of the house we got there and the Refrigerator had a ton of thawed fish juice in the bottom so you can imagine how that smelled and we had a pile of maggots in the carport we had to call the office about other than that we had a great experience.

This was our first time renting Beach Ballz we have stayed within this community for years, sadly this home is for sale. I hope the new owners continue to rent this home as a dog friendly place. First impression, the home was soooooo clean and that is a rare thing these days. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with just about everything you would need if you wanted to cook in all week. If it is still for rent next year we will book it again. Thanks Garden City Reality for taking care of this home like it was your own. We were very happy with our stay.

Reviewer Comments:
We really enjoyed staying in the Garden City area. The property was in a great location. We did have issues with ants in the kitchen area that were pretty bad. The floors were very dirty with sand and dog hair. We love pets we have small dogs at our home. The bigger refrigerator had water leaking inside and pooling on the top shelf. The carport area concrete was very dirty so we rinsed it off with the garden hose. Both trash bins outside were full of trash when we arrived so it was Wednesday morning before we could empty our trash. This is the first rental we have ever stayed where we had to make our own bed before bedtime. The sheets and pillow cases were all wrapped in plastic. We really enjoyed the covered porch with the ceiling fans! The beach access was in a great location. We rented a golf cart from gofast golf cart rentals and visited a lot of the local restaurants that had wonderful food. We visited quite a few of the local gift shops and made a few trips to Broadway on the beach. The Garden City pier was a great place to go and relax and enjoy the wonderful ocean breeze. Overall we had a great vacation and made lots of memories! I am going to refer this property to friends and family and I do hope the issues are resolved. We will definitely consider renting this property again in the future. Thank you!! The Bryant’s

Nice house in a great location. Short walk to beach but yet the area was so quiet I couldn’t believe how quiet. Only complaint of my stay is need curtains in bedrooms blinds don’t block out street lights. But will definitely stay again one of best houses we stayed at in garden city/ surfside area.

We did enjoy the house and the location is close to the beach. The only things I would point out that the house lacks is; an ice maker, and a grill. The master bedroom mattress was not very comfortable either. It was easy to book online, and check in and out was also easy.

Everything g was great except cleanliness of house had much to be desired. Had to clean kitchen, bathrooms, sand on all floors, and under beds had a little sign that under beds had been cleaned but there was a lot of dust, crumbs, and particles under all beds. I would definitely speak to housekeeping. Otherwise thank you for an awesome stay.

We loved the location of this house! Easy walk to the beach and to the Pier and shops/stores. I would recommend at least wall mirrors in the bedrooms. I would recommend staying at this location again

I know this has nothing to do with the owner's, but the cleaning company that is used absolutely sucks. My mother in law and I had to clean the entire house before we could even get settled in. Very dusty everywhere, appliances had splattered food on them, bathroom fixtures were dirty, etc. We were supposed to check in at 4, but couldn't check in until almost 6 due to extensive cleaning measures being followed and having to have it inspected. So I'm not really sure how it passed all that. Other than the poor cleaning, air filters need changed more frequently. House was decorated nicely, plenty of seating on porch, and kitchen was well stocked. Short walk to the beach and within walking distance to the pier. Washer and dryer could use updating. They both run very slowly. I'd be hesitant to book this place again because I'm afraid I'd have to clean upon arrival again. Too bad.

We had a great time at Beach Ballz! The house was stylish and updated. The house was clean. The only complaint I will make is about the carpet on the front porch does not dry quickly (2 days) and the irritable neighborhood that fussed about my children driving on the grass between the houses (2 occurrences).
