Welcome to the Lake House where the views are serene, and beautiful. Located in the center of Scottsdale on McCormick Lake, and the 15th island hole of the McCormick Ranch Golf course. Relax on the large, covered patio and watch the wildlife of the lake. You will see cranes, herons, eagles (if you are up early), geese, ducks, turtles and other wildlife that call the lake home. You will also enjoy breathtaking sunsets over Camelback Mountain. If walking or bike riding is your pleasure, you can enjoy the 20-mile bike and walking path right outside the back gate. This path meanders through golf courses and parks. The back of the house is glass so if the weather is chilly, you can sit inside by the gas fireplace (which runs on a remote control) and not miss any of the scenery.

Inside the home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have king sized beds while the 3rd has a queen bed tucked into a wall unit. The majority of the home is wood floors and there are no stairs. You will also have access to a full 2 car garage. The kitchen is fully stocked with all that you will need and includes an air fryer, griddle, electric fry pan, blender and a warming drawer. If grilling is for you, there is a gas grill located right outside the sliding door off the dining room.

This home also provides cleaning services every other week, so you don’t have to worry about anything. If you’d like, throw your sheets and towels in the washer and dryer and place on the beds, the ladies will make sure all is beautiful when they are done. The landscaper will also arrive once a month to make sure the yard is always beautiful for you.

This home is listed as a townhouse, but it sits on a corner so has a large grass front yard. The only attached wall is the garage, and a privacy fence sits between you and the home next door.

The Scottsdale area is home to many wonderful activities year-round, and this home is located conveniently to all. Scottsdale offers car shows including Barrett Jackson and Mecum. Explore various Frank Lloyd Wright properties including Taliesin West and the Biltmore Hotel. World class Spas are abundant in the many luxury resorts. You are 10 minutes from one of the most beautiful shopping malls – Scottsdale Fashion Square. 10 minutes north is Kierland Commons, a great place to stroll, shop and eat at one of their many restaurants. If visiting art galleries is of interest, don’t miss Old Scottsdale.

If golf is your interest, there are several within 15 minutes of this home. Talking Stick Golf, Silverado Golf, McCormick Ranch Golf, Gainey Ranch Golf Club (Private but does reciprocal rights), Camelback Golf Club, Starfire Golf Club, Orange Tree Golf Club, Kierland Golf Club, TPC (where the open is played) and more. In the spring you can enjoy Spring Baseball training for the Phoenix Diamondbacks, San Francisco Giants, Colorado Rockies and the Chicago Cubs.

Grocery stores near by include Trader Joes, AJ's, Sprouts, Fry's, Safeway and Albertson's. Walgreens and Starbucks are in walking distance along with some fun restaurants and an LA Fitness.

There is a community pool and hot tub that is private to the residents of Santa Fe II. The pool is located 4 houses down from the Lake House.
