The open-concept living room includes a 75" smart TV preloaded with streaming apps, a comfy couch and two swivel chairs making this an ideal space for movie night!
A large selection of board games, puzzles, cards and coloring books for all ages. A 2 player arcade game loaded with over 2,500 games. Rest assure you will have plenty entertainment even on rainy days.
KITCHEN
Equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with an ice maker and air fryer. Quartz countertops and a fully stocked kitchen make it ideal for cooking enthusiasts. There's a dining table with seating for six, plus a padded, stand alone high chair for children. We also provide a 12cup drip brew coffee maker as well as coffee, tea, filters, and sugar for your convenience.
BATHROOM
A full size bathroom with a high-pressure shower includes all natural toiletries, a hairdryer and plenty of large bath towels.
BEDROOMS
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with quality linens, bedside charging ports, dimmable lights, a ceiling fan, and room darkening curtains as well as blinds to keep it dark for those who wise to sleep in or take a daytime siesta! A closet, a dedicated desk for work and a smart TV loaded with streaming apps.
The guest bedroom (Next to the master) has a queen size bed and all of the same amenities with the exception of a desk. Instead a foldable full-size crib is available in the closet.
Lastly, the 3rd bedroom (across the hall from the master), features a twin over twin bunkbed and a futon that opens into a full size sleep space. The TV has been replaced with an arcade system packed with over 2,500 games for 1-2 players!

Guests can explore Saugerties' antique shops, trendy restaurants, eclectic shopping, bookstores, museums, art and nightlife, all within walking distance.
Close by towns such as Woodstock and Kingston are only a short 10 min drive away. Off-street parking is available for free as well as a washer & dryer.
NOTE TO GUEST
This is a 3BR apartment that occupies the entire 2nd floor of a 2 story building. You will have your own private entrance, free off street parking for up to two vehicles, the exclusive use of two kayaks throughout your stay and your own BBQ grill. Below you is a 2BR apartment that occupies the entire 1st floor with its own amenities and private entrance. Please note that there are no shared interior spaces, though in the same building, these are two totally separate spaces.
