Escape to this stunning 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom waterfront haven right on the bay leading to the river. 11 minutes to fast water.
Entertain in style with the spacious chef's kitchen featuring double ovens, gas range, and granite countertops fully stocked with cookware and herbs.
The kitchen flows into the living room with plush seating, smart TV and the wet bar with wine & champagne glasses.
Have fun nights with a pool table, corn hole game, mini golf putter and a vintage gaming system with 100's of vintage games like Pac-Man.
Step outside to the large deck with patio furniture, shade umbrella, 2 fire pits, grill, and hot tub - all overlooking the private dock with complimentary paddleboards, paddleboat, inflatable tubes, inflatable trampoline, floating noodles and an inflatable kayak for exploring the bay waters. Sun loungers provide the perfect place to soak up the views.
Other amenities include smart home features with Google minis, free Netflix on smart TVs, PS4 with complimentary Playstation Plus account, new carpets and vinyl wood flooring, marble bathrooms with jetted showers, jetted tub, shampoo/conditioner/soap and indoor/outdoor dinnerware. Complimentary life jackets for children and adults also provided.
A full gym with weights an elliptical trainer and various other workout equipment to get a full body workout.
No pets allowed, no large parties. Small quiet family gatherings are okay. No access to the covered boat slip but you can tie a boat or jetski(s) to the sides of the dock. Come experience paradise at this one-of-a-kind rental.
Liability waiver required to be signed by all adults staying in the house.
Two free parking spots available in the driveway and ample free street parking.
Other things to note
Two, love bonded, feral cats, named Blue(gray shorthair) & Mr. Bradley(black & fluffy), supervise the property & keep the lizard population in check. They have a cat house with an automatic feeder inside of it, on the side of the house. They do not want to be touched or chased and will run when approached. They may hang out on the deck and supervise your activities by staring into the sliding glass doors. Please leave them alone to live out their happy little kitty lives. We have cared for them for many years and they are happy and content. They do love you to leave out fresh water for them if you want to. Otherwise they are happy to drink the sparkling river water. The cats never go in the home and are outdoor only.
