All on the Ground Floor:
Open plan living space.
Living area: Freeview Smart TV

Kitchen area: Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Coffee Machine
Bedroom: Super Kingsize (6ft) Bed, Bi-Fold Doors Leading To Patio Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet
Separate Toilet.. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Patio with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Garden (shared with owner). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. A gorgeously renovated barn located between the villages of Balcombe and Handcross, tucked away among old woodland. You have your own front door leading into a large open plan living room and dining area. The living area has modern furniture, lofty ceilings and a TV. There is a quirky kitchenette with a microwave, fridge and kitchen appliances. This area leads to a long corridor into a stunning double bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled from floor to ceiling. The bedroom has bi-fold doors looking out over the breath-taking views of the forest, you might even catch a glimpse of the visiting deer wandering around the garden, while relaxing in the super kingsize bed enjoying the floor to ceiling view of the forest. There is room for a couple of cars to park on the driveway of the property. The front of the barn includes a little patio area with a bench where you can sit and take in the woodland view. Additionally, there is a tiny patio right outside the bedroom’s bifold doors, as well as a table and chairs on the lawn for outside dining.
The woods cannot be accessed because they are privately owned, but there are number of lovely treks within a 2-minute drive. It is a fantastic location for visiting all that Sussex has to offer. This is the perfect romantic getaway with lot of things to do and places to visit. The famed Balcombe viaduct and two magnificent National Trust homes are only a short drive away. London is 45 minutes by train, while Brighton is 25 minutes by car. In the village of Balcombe, you will find shops and taverns. If you are looking for a tranquil place to stay, then this is for you. Beach 20 miles. Pub and restaurant 2 miles.
