An attractive, rural hideaway for two, this appealing holiday home is perfect for anyone wishing to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of Derbyshire and Staffordshire. Situated near Ellastone, 5 miles from Ashbourne and 6 miles from the magnificent Peak District, it offers attractive, single-storey accommodation. Part of a charming complex, nestled within shared grounds that guests are welcome to explore, this one-bedroom hideaway sits in beautifully converted former stables. Step outside to follow footpaths through the scenic countryside. Venture 7 miles into picturesque Dovedale, with its famous stepping stones and limestone ravines. Spend a thrilling afternoon at Alton Towers, 4 miles away, or while away a few tranquil hours in the National Trust’s Ilam Park, 6.5 miles away. Plan a day out to impressive Chatsworth House, 25 miles from your base, or hop on your bikes to follow the 13-mile Tissington Trail, which runs between Ashbourne and Parsley Hay.
