About this house rental

Practically beach block, located 6th house from the beach across Avalon Ave. 3 story modern upside down style home featuring 5 bedrooms (2 primary suites) 4 full baths. Comfortably accommodates the larger family with a spacious open floor plan. *NEW 2025: fully renovated kitchen and baths, flooring and all new wood trim throughout. Professionally decorated both inside and out. The first floor features a family/tv room open to a covered deck beautifully furnished as an outdoor living room. Two large bedrooms, one with a bunk-set and trundle sleeping 4, the 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, shared full hall bathroom with a tub/shower. Laundry room and convenient mini kitchenette complete this space. The 2nd floor great room has a gourmet kitchen with counter seating and a large dining and living area that open out to the main sundeck perfect for dining and lounging enjoying the ocean views. New 2024 - a partial roof covering providing shade over a portion of the deck space. There are two more bedrooms on this floor, one with a king size bed, ensuite bath and the 4th bedroom with a queen bed and adjacent hall bath. The 3rd floor is the private primary suite with a king size bedroom and sitting area with a desk/work station, walk in closet, luxurious bath, and a private deck overlooking the ocean. The outdoor rear yard features a custom in-ground pool, several seating areas providing areas with both shade and full sun. Outdoor dining area, 2 grills, and a TV for all of your entertainment needs. 8 beach tags, 10 beach chairs, beach umbrella provided. This vacation oasis is conveniently located to everything Avalon has to offer, just steps sway from the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants.Parking Comments: concrete driveway
