Fourth, you’ll be right at the heart of everything that both Destin and 30A have to offer, providing an array of experiences to explore. Should we go on? The golf enthusiasts among you will delight in the championship courses seemingly right in your back yard, offering challenging greens and fairways set among a lush tropical backdrop. The Topsail Hill Preserve Nature Park is just 2.7 miles away offering visitors the option to hike and bike the trails or head out on the water to kayak, canoe, or paddleboard. With so much variety in things to see and do, you’ll have the added benefit of choosing to take scenic drives along the coast to explore this amazing area or leaving the car behind and setting out on foot. There’s literally something for everyone here to enjoy!

• This is a 3rd floor unit, no elevator available.
