The spacious back yard is a haven for relaxation as you soak up the sunshine and engage in casual conversation while you sip on a refreshing cocktail.

While quaint, Dayton isn’t short on things to do and see. Enjoy riverfront views as you venture along the Greenway offering picturesque paths for both walking and cycling or immerse yourself in the town’s rich history by exploring the historic district with beautifully preserved architecture. Also known for its arts, culture, festivals, and events, Dayton’s artistic side is ripe for exploration. Bustling Fairfield Ave is just steps from your front door, offering a variety of shopping and dining options. The aforementioned Bellevue is an up-and-coming town and destination in its own right, booming with new shops and restaurants and an open-container entertainment district for a fun day of sipping and exploring.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• Driveway parking available for up to 2 vehicles, with additional parking on the street on a first come, first served basis.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external Ring security cameras. The first is located on the front porch, actively monitoring the front walkway with a partial street view. The second is located on the back door, actively monitoring the back walkway.

Just across the Ohio River from the Bengals Stadium, Riverfront Park, and Great American Ballpark, you’ll be within easy reach of some of Cincinnati’s most popular attractions.
