This Sweet Retreat is located in the suburb of Arvada – 10 miles NW of Denver and 20 miles SE of Boulder. It's an easy 15-20 min drive to downtown Denver, and Olde Town Arvada is just 5 min away!

The best of Colorado is at our doorstep! We are minutes from the I-70, I-76 and I-25 junction, making day trips a breeze, whether you're heading to a nearby town to explore or to the mountains to ski for the day. See NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION section for details on things to do and distance.

This newly renovated spot is perfect for families, friends, and groups. The upstairs and lower level each have lounging and dining spaces, which means your group can make beautiful memories together and also have some space for downtime as well.

MAIN LEVEL:
The upstairs/ground floor has a queen bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower, living room, full kitchen & dining area, and laundry. It even has a piano that guests are welcome to play. If you MUST work, we have a desk and fast wifi (23 MBPS). Your entire group can stay connected with no issue. Use our Netflix or your own apps on the 50" Smart Fire TVs.

In the living room closet you'll find a stack of fun adult board games for those cozy moments inside.

The kitchen is gorgeous - new and sparkling clean, with everything pot, pan, and dish you could need to make a home cooked meal. We also provide cooking spices, olive oil, and a coffee/tea bar (a Keurig, K-Cup pods, french press, ground coffee, tea bags and kettle).

LOWER LEVEL:
The lower level has 2 bedrooms: 1 king & 1 queen, a bathroom with tub, & a kitchenette, which includes a microwave, fridge, toaster, & coffee area. You'll find a second desk and lounge area with a 50" Smart Fire TV where you can enjoy Netflix or use your own apps.

Graco Pack N' Play is available for your little one. Includes and additional 3" mattress and fitted mattress sheets.

BATHROOMS:
To make your stay even more comfortable, we provide these toiletries for you in each bathroom: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & a hair dryer. Additionally, there is a full washer and dryer, free for your use.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Enjoy a cute front porch, back porch, and a completely gated private backyard.

There is 1 dedicated spot for you in the driveway, as well as plentiful free street parking out front.

Rental car is the best for getting around, though you could Uber if you prefer.
