ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a queen bed, phone charger, and smart TV. Upstairs loft second bedroom has a queen bed, phone charger, and views of the trees on the property. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - New Chef's kitchen with granite countertops, coffee bar, stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, kitchen sink with purified water, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, board games and card games. Relax near the wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Back deck with forest/slope views and patio furniture Front patio area with patio seating. Front yard with a gathering area to enjoy the evenings under the stars.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
