The name says it all or at least our favorite outdoor aspects of this family compound steps to the beach walkway with an amazing newly renovated resort style backyard where even the dual outdoor shower is a work of art and a builder enthusiasts dream! Whether your grilling out todays catch for dinner caught from the Atlantic Ocean paired with fresh herbs and veggies picked from the garden or a simple lunch while relaxing poolside this property is designed to enjoy every aspect of the outdoors weather no matter the time of year you will find yourself enjoying all this property has to offer from sunrise to sunset and with almost no light pollution a great space to stargaze and recap on a beautiful day at the beach. Inside doesn’t disappoint with comfortable furniture and bedding for an excellent and much needed rest to wake up energized up and do it all over again. Casa Al Fresco will be your home to come back yo year after year enjoying all that St Augustine has to offer. Summers enjoying surfing and beach activities to winter visiting historic downtown the world famous lights only a short drive away beginning. Each day with a morning beach walk you will be sure to get your steps in as you soak in the sun! The property is fully equipped so no need to bring anything but your bathing suit and our amazing housekeeping team will make you feel like your the first guest to stay everytime!
You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
* Pets are strictly prohibited. A fine of $500 will be assessed if traveling with a pet and the reservation will be immediately terminated with no refunds due.
This is a nonsmoking property.
Please note that there is an OUTSIDE SHOWER.Please shower off before entering the pool or house.We appreciate you.
