We have an Amazing Location. 150 yards from the Oceanfront, in the heart of the Keys, with a choice of heated swimming pools, steps from the waterfront and beach, Boaters, there's a 'free to use' Boat Ramp, there's fishing and tennis available at Kawama Tower 406 in the Village Community (equipment provided), a Saltwater Lagoon, children’s play area, tropical landscaping, close to vibrant nightlife and restaurants. We are in an ideal central location with easy access to 90% of the Florida Keys, the Everglades, and Miami's attractions within an hour by car.

So whether you’re a family or a small group of friends looking to explore the Florida Keys, for ‘Adventure’ or, for a ‘Peaceful Retreat’ relaxing with a book, floating in the water. ::: Fishing / Sunset Pier extends 600 feet out into the Ocean. This is the venue for the daily Sunset ritual as well as a great spot for fishing with the children. We provide some fishing poles in the condo. We'll provide an in-depth guide to every aspect of the fishing.
::: Community paths and walkways for exercise lovers. Kawama sits on over 20 acres of land. There are pathways around the saltwater lagoon and out past the waterfront.
::: Free, Private, Lightning Fast WI-FI at our Condo. There’s also an open network around much of the property we can get you onto.
::: The whole 20 acre Kawama Yacht Club Village Community is secluded and Gated for Privacy. Our manned Security Gate operates 24/7. This makes for a great place for families to stay and visit.
::: Parking is adjacent to Kawama Tower 406. All Free !
::: Access between the parking areas and the accommodation has gentle slopes. The building is also serviced by Elevator access. This benefits everyone with convenient access from parking. We also provide a shopping trolley for guests to use.
::: Fisher folk will already know the Keys are the Sport Fishing Capital of the World…. We are uniquely bordered by a mile of hard bottomed Wading Flats which offer fishing for Bonefish, Permit, Tarpon, Barracuda and Bonnet heads. Lots of family fishing fun and Andrew will provide detailed information on request.

::: The building stands just 50 yards from the Marina, and about 150 yards from the nearest Ocean Shoreline. Our Y-Tube channel Kawama Tower 406, features many videos of the setting by drone plus much more !
::: Spacious 1325 square feet condo, all on one level, open plan living space plus Balcony with Ocean View.
::: Tile throughout for cleanliness.
::: Fully Centrally Air-conditioned – renewed recently and maintained with a ‘365 service contract’.
::: Living Room features 2 x 3 piece Natuzzi leather sofa’s.
::: Coral stone effect dining & occasional furniture.
::: Kitchen is all new and well equipped with small and large appliances, including Ninja coffee maker that handles K cartridges/ground, Sparkly Quartz etc. Guests often say they found our Kitchen particularly well equipped which is because we often like to cook when we're in residence ourselves.
::: Dining area as pictured with comfortable contoured seating.
::: For parents with an infant, we provide a high chair and also a quality crib. Ask for details.
::: The Kitchen Island has two bar type chairs and there’s a good array of cocktail and wine glasses etc for your Happy Hour !
::: If you need office type facilities, we usually set up our laptop either at the Kitchen Island where you can get your feet under and sit up on the elevated bar style seats, or we set up one end of the Dining Table with the Laptop.
::: 2 huge Bedrooms : Both have built in cupboards with ample hanging capacity, shelves along with dressers and bedside cabinets.
::: Master Bedroom #1 = Queen Bed + Hybrid Posture-Comfort mattress. We recently installed the new critically acclaimed Sweet Night mattress. + En-Suite Bathroom with walk in shower :
::: Bedroom #2 = 2 x Full Size / Double beds again fitted with the Sweetnight posture pedic matresses + En-suite Bathroom with shower over bath. Bathroom re-modelled.
::: Soft furnishings on beds, sheets + towels are luxury quality. We buy top grade products to add a little luxury to your stay, and we ensure they are changed over such that most supplies are new or nearly new.

::: Private dedicated ‘super-fast’ wi-fi internet access is included.
::: Widescreen Smart HD 4K TV - 65 inch in Living Room. In early 2024 the Xfinity wifi at 250Mb service is being upgraded to Hotwire fiber with upto 1GB capacity.
::: 4th Floor aspect, elevated balcony views of the Ocean looking east & Rock Harbor lagoons looking west, with the unique treehouse effect of mature breeze filled palm trees. We enjoy sunsets and sunrises depending on the time of year and the angle of the sun.
::: The property is maintained to high standards and we renew many soft furnishings twice a year brand new, we re-decorate as necessary on a cycle and replace major furnishings on a structured cycle so things are always fresh and nearly new. Our most recent projects have included ; All new Kitchen. In the Living Space there's an all new 65-inch smart TV. In the utility a new LG washer-dryer. There are new mattresses, there’s new A/C and new tile. When you walk in, you'll immediately sense this is a very much cared for and well maintained property...

::: Top-notch hygiene and safety measures for your peace of mind. We maintain additional cleaning and disinfection procedures and a ‘deep cleaning schedule of tasks’ is followed.

National Geographic describes the Keys as the most beautiful and greatest of scenic places to visit on Earth. Tropical scenery and diverse water based activities are the focus for most visitors.
The Florida Keys are home to a myriad of wild animals and we are a conservation destination with more than a dozen National and State parks including the Everglades and John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park to adventure into.
Excellent fishing is available from the docks, beaches and bridges, whilst boating, swimming, kite surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking, water skiing, jet skiing, snorkelling, scuba diving and sailing are a simply a way of life that visitors are able to join in with.

PRIVACY DECLARATION Please note in accordance with Expedia's and VRBO’s privacy declaration ; The Community Pools have safety cameras which oversight the decks and pools linked to the community Security Office. Staff make patrols of the grounds / marina and public access areas on a hourly basis to monitor weather and tidal factors that may affect guest safety and compliance with local laws and regulations. We as the owners also have 'one' actively recording camera overlooking the front door access which records video and audio. There are no internal devices, and the single Ring device is on the exterior of the property.
