Nestled within Blue Spruce, the newest addition to SouthFace Village, our condo offers unparalleled comfort and convenience. The large mudroom welcomes you with bench seating and ample storage—ideal for shedding snow gear after a day on the slopes. A nearby powder room adds to the convenience.
Step into an open-concept living area with a cozy gas fireplace, a dining table that seats 10, and sliding doors leading to a private deck with breathtaking valley and mountain views. The fully stocked kitchen boasts marble countertops and a spacious breakfast bar, perfect for enjoying meals together.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Main Level: One queen bedroom and a full bathroom; powder room off mudroom.
Second Floor: An en-suite primary bedroom, two additional queen bedrooms, a bunk room with 3 sets of twin bunks (6 single beds), and two full bathrooms. A secondary living area with a pull-out couch and a hidden washer/dryer completes this level, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.

Amenities & Extras
The neighboring building houses a state-of-the-art fitness center and lounge, as well as an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. With ski lockers and changing rooms, guests can seamlessly transition from the slopes to a relaxing soak in the hot tub.
Three covered, assigned parking spaces and a ski locker located just outside the front door provide ultimate convenience.
Stay at our SouthFace Village condo and create cherished memories with friends and family in a luxurious and scenic mountain setting.
Please note that the ski-in/ski-out nature of our property relies on mother nature and Okemo Mountain Operations snowmaking teams and lift access. SouthFace provides a free on-demand shuttle to the Clocktower base in the event that ski-in/ski-out access is limited due to weather or mountain operations.
