The home has undergone a detailed renovation, with $150,000 invested in upgrades to enhance your stay, including a modernized kitchen and all four bathrooms.
The property features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a spacious open-concept living and dining area, all within 2,905 square feet of luxurious space. It comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and includes two dedicated garage parking stalls.
Amenities at Hale Kahakai are designed for your comfort and convenience, including:
- In-house washer/dryer
- Ceiling fans in all living spaces

- Large sectional sofa for gatherings
- Dining table and chairs
- Fully stocked kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and all necessary utensils, pots, and pans

Floor Layout – 4 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms, Sleeps 12
- Master Bedroom: King Bed (Sleeps 2), Twin Bed (Sleeps 1), Twin Trundle (Sleeps 1) – (2nd Floor)
- Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) – (2nd Floor)
- Bedroom 3: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) – (1st Floor)
- Bedroom 4: Full-Size Bunk Bed (2 Beds) (Sleeps 4), Twin Bed Trundle (Sleeps 1) – (1st Floor)
No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction
Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.
Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00
Please Note: In lieu of security deposits, each Royal Realty booking includes Rental Guardian Damage Protection, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for Rental Guardian Damage Protection is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection. Exceptions include but are not limited to cancellations, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.
