Offering gleaming parquetry floors, two large living zones and a well-appointed stone-topped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, this is a real home away-from-home experience and the ideal base for day trips to all of the Mornington Peninsula’s many attractions.
Formal and casual areas each have large screen smart TVs and plenty of space for lounging, there is a cosy wood heater for the cooler months and a six seater dining table beside the kitchen takes care of meal times.
In summer, the focus moves outside to the pool with sun lounges and a six-seater bar table beneath a sheltered pergola to relax with a drink and watch the kids splash about.
The main bedroom with a king bed features an ensuite and views over the front garden while two additional queen rooms and a fourth bedroom with two single beds and a full second bathroom with shower and bath mean up to 8 guests will be very comfortably accommodated.
Just 400m to the golf course pro shop, 1.1km to the beach, 2km to Martha Cove marina, 2.5km to the cafes, shops and restaurants of Dromana, 30 minutes from the Sorrento-Queenscliff ferry and under an hour from the city, all the ingredients are here for rejuvenating beachside escapes.
