No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. If smoking sensors are triggered, a $500 cleaning fee will be charged to cover the cost of restoring the space.
Handle Alcohol Responsibly
Please avoid any excessive alcohol consumption that could result in damage, such as stains on couches or beds. Any alcohol-related damage will be charged accordingly.
These policies are in place to ensure that the home remains fresh and welcoming for future guests. Smoking and alcohol-related stains often result in odors and cleaning challenges, leading to cancellations of subsequent bookings.
