This Newly Renovated (completed Feb 2021) Gulf front beach condo is on the first floor with views of the Gulf and the pool from your unit/balcony. Fully equipped. Parking located on the ground level - first come, first serve. NO public parking on premises.

Miles of fine white sand welcome you for walks/runs on the beach. Your vacation at Emerald Surf will be a relaxing, recharging stay at the beach. This first level 2BR/2Bath unit with fabulous view of the Gulf and the pool is nicely furnished throughout. It includes a king master bedroom which also has a balcony with brilliant Gulf/pool views. The queen bedroom has views to the bay. You will also find the living room balcony the perfect place to spend peaceful mornings and evenings listening to the crashing waves while watching for dolphins and pelicans. The kitchen is fully appointed and open to the living/dining room. An 'in unit' washer/dryer are newly installed in 2018.

Photos show some of our amazing upgrades which include: new flooring throughout, granite countertops (kitchen, bath, bar), both bathrooms remodeled, ceiling fans in bedrooms, new larger Roku TV in living room, paint, crown molding, new curtains and more! My husband and I stayed here for our 20 year anniversary trip and we absolutely loved it!!! Talking to Mrs. Alicia was easy. The location of the condo was very nice. I am very glad I picked this condo over the others I had looked at.

I simply can not say enough about what I am calling our new home. Even before we walked thru the door, the communication was top tier with Alica. I knew before we arrived that everything would be perfect. I had no fears and that was a first with staying somewhere new. Everything was so clean and stocked. We truly didn't want for anything. We only left a few times to get food for the times we didn't want to cook. Right on the beach, chairs provided, towels provided, laundry detergent provided, well stocked kitchen. We will be staying here our next visit for sure. Thank you Alicia for your kindness and attention to detail! We truly felt at home!!

Overall, out stay was very good. The AC did not work but that seemed to be bad luck. Alicia was responsive to our questions. The beach and weather were beautiful, I am sorry I could not stay longer.

We had to change our original dates to an earlier time and the host was quick to respond and approve that change. There was an issue with the plumbing while we were there and we were asked not to use water during the day for several days, it was a bit of an inconvenience but I believe it was unexpected, the host made it right with us later, and I think they may have replaced all water pipes so I doubt there will be issues for future renters. Overall, we were happy with the space, had a wonderful time, and the host was very gracious.

This was such a cute condo in the perfect location! Excellent views of the beach and water. Just steps away from the beach which was so nice! The condo was extremely well-stocked with everything we needed. We were very pleased and really enjoyed our stay!

Alicia is a very thoughtful and great host! She responds extremely quick whether it regarded the booking process or a question regarding the door code. The unit is as described. It was clean upon arrival. The kitchen had sufficient cookware and appliances for our use. Plenty of utensils, plates, glasses etc. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable for us. Master bath shower worked good. The tub is jetted but we didn’t use that particular option. Washer/dryer worked good. There were some beach chairs available for use in the additional bedroom closet as well as some small beach toys for kids and a small baby stroller I noticed. I wouldn’t hesitate at all to stay here again. It provided us with everything we needed…and then some actually. Alicia and her Beachfront Oasis are awesome! I’m putting this unit down as a favorite for us.

This condo is perfect. It has views from both bedrooms, a large deck overlooking the beach and the condo pool. The beach here is beautiful and not overcrowded. The area is very walkable. We were able to walk as many miles as we wanted easily. Alicia is a wonderful host, very responsive and accommodating.

The condo was clean and less crowded due to the overall size. Beach access was easy and the chair/umbrella rentals are available at this location. There was ample parking available too.

Property is small ,maybe 20 units? So not crowded and no wait for elevator. The condo was clean and as described. The only issue was only given one day of towels . We had to wash the same sets every day . We normally get a set of towels for each day of stay . The in unit washer and dryer are new. Plenty of books and games to play . Beds are comfortable .planning to go back next year .the best beach and water is so clear

The moment we walked in we were in paradise!! The condo was beautifully cleaned and exactly how it is listed!!! The condo was loaded with everything you need to enjoy the week!!! Alicia was so kind and quick to respond! We ended up looking to see if we could stay longer she moved the cleaners around and allowed us to stay just one more day! Amazing!! This was our second year in a row to stay here. Alicia is always quick to reply to any questions I may have and the condo is fantastic. The pictures don't do justice to how nice it is. The complex is definitely "on the beach" as it is the shortest walk from the condo to the actual water of any of the places we've ever stayed in over the years.
