Great location, walking distance to The Old Mill District. Great Restaurants! This was my first experience in a VRBO!
Unfortunately, the dishes in the kitchen cabinets were dirty, etc. coffee residue in coffee cups, beer glass with foam residue. (as if the dishes were emptied from the dishwasher, but the dishwasher was never ran.) Washing machine had dirty laundry in it! Floors were dirty! Outside yard was dirty. Ceiling fans had 1/4 inch of dust. I was asked to submit a review and I sent pictures of these items to itrips management and Victor responded with sincerest apologies! I made sure, before we left that the dishes were clean in the dishwasher, as we would not want anyone to experience this.
I hope that itrips walks this property and cleans it from top to bottom!

Great location that I hope to come back to soon!

Great location but the suggestion that the family might gather around the outside fire pit was completely inaccurate. Zero maintenance in the background and overgrown with weeds. Management seemed surprised and said HOA would take care of it. Not sure that the HOA has a responsibility for an enclosed backyard.
Housekeeping subpar- used bloody bandaid left on floor; strands of hair on pillow. Reported all to management during stay.

Would highly recommend this place. Spacious place and location is great. Quiet and within walking distance to mill district and to entrance of floating river. Also close to amphitheater if going to concert. Was able to check in smoothly and very responsive to questions I had. Highly recommend

6 minutes drive to almost everything we did in Bend! What a great location.

Great location, very convenient to everything in Bend, short walk to Mill Station. It’s a 20+ year old unit, everything is a little worn, old appliances, linens etc but all still perfectly functional and clean. Sad little outside patio areas with just gravel and junk. Overall a good rental.

We were up in Bend with a group of people for a sports tournament. We wanted to stay near the Mill District; this place was perfect! We rarely got in a car, we walked to restaurants, shops, and more.
The place was very open, spacious, and clean. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Everything was just like the pictures and the management staff were able to help us out with our questions immediately. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room and the beds were comfortable. The walking distance to the Old Mill can’t be beat. Would stay here again.

The unit was comfortable and clean and close to everything in Bend. The memory foam mattresses were very comfortable. Check in and out was seamless. Communication with the manager via text was easy. My only negative comments would be that the master bath is quite cool with the high ceilings and no door from the bedroom and that more wash clothes are needed. Overall, a beautiful unit and easy stay.

Great location and perfect for a weekend getaway. Nice neighborhood. Back and side yard could've been swept up prior to arrival, but the interior was very accommodating.

We really liked this house, and the neighborhood. We felt very at home. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Our stay was only 4 nights and we spent most of our time sightseeing, but the house offered a lot of opportunities to relax, and to prepare and enjoy nice meals. Having a nice washer and drier was a real bonus for us, allowing us to pack light for the unpredictable weather. We would definitely return to this house.

This location was very nice. Walking and biking distance to old mill and down town. Almost everywhere really. The arrival and leaving was super easy with a personal entry code. Communication was on point. Little bit of work going on close by but the noise was fine. Biggest negative was spiders and webs. Kids found 2 spiders in spare room and 1 in living room. When looking for more under the bed and around the room we found dust and dirt under the bed and webs on the ceilings. Be prepared to pack or buy any and everything you’ll need for condiments. Other than salt, pepper, oil and soy sauce there wasn’t much else. But there was fresh coffee beans and a grinder so that was a big positive :)

Great location with a short walk or drive to everything we love in Bend.

Well equipped little house. Very comfy beds in a quiet neighborhood. Quick walk to the river and several restaurants. Short Uber ride to everything else if you don’t feel like driving.
Only minor issue was the tub needs to be snaked. It was pretty slow in drawing. But overall a great stay!

We were in town for a week long training and really needed a home base that wasn’t a hotel. The location of this property could not be beat. Walkable to Old Mill shops and the river, tons of restaurants within minutes and every single day I ran a different route and could go for miles and miles. The property is clean and well kept with nice kitchen and comfortable beds. The temperature was perfect with AC available when it was super hot. Washer/dryer was a bonus given how dirty we were getting in our class. Reg was super helpful and responsive. Hope to be able to stay again, next time during ski season!

Good location and close to the Old Mill District. My parents in law are disabled and I would not consider it walking distance for anyone with a health condition but definitely for able bodied folks. Condo was appointed nicely with just enough to get us through basic kitchen tasks. Master bed was very comfortable.
With the closeness of the neighbors and the emphasis of no events/guests in the rule book we felt it was not appropriate to use the outdoor spaces for our family time so that is the only real drawback. We were there to visit our brother and thought a nice BBQ would have been great but did not want to get in trouble, so we opted to spend time out of the condo instead.

Satisfied with the property, a little TLC would help.
Guest shower drains slow, electrical outlets loose.
Fluorescent lighting in the closet and laundry room noisy and outdated. No garage access. No door between the Main Bedroom and the bathroom, surprise.
