The Allen House - Dune Allen Beach offers an interpretation of South Walton's beach scene that is focused around pure relaxation and complemented by outdoor adventure. Situated minutes east of Destin on the start of the magnificent Scenic 30A, this intimate beach community hosts a private beachfront custom cottage known simply as the Allen House.

The Allen House is perched directly on the white sand beach of the Gulf of Mexico and affords its visitors front row seats to some of the most spectacular vistas in the country. Constructed on sturdy wood pilings, this Dune Allen vacation home literally sits directly on the beach. A roll-up wraparound balcony makes accessing the interior of the home convenient for all. Once inside the residence, guests will put at ease with the calming earth tones and open floor plan. This charming beach cottage was designed to capture views from each room in the property.

On the first floor of the Allen House - the living room, dining room, and kitchen all view out onto your very own private beach. In addition to the main areas of the home, the first floor also houses the primary bedroom with a shared full bathroom and an additional guest room that hosts 2 twin beds with a full private bathroom. Both of these rooms look towards Oyster Lake.

Venturing to the second floor of the Allen House, guests are welcomed by a bonus living room. This location offers seating, a small dining table, a flat screen TV, and a pair of sliding glass doors leading to the second floor balcony and its incredible gulf views. To the west of the living area is the second king bedroom, hosting beach views and a new flat screen TV. The eastern bedroom of the cottage hosts two queen beds. Both rooms share a Jack and Jill bath with a tub/shower combination.

Not only is the Allen House Beachfront in South Walton, it's also steps from Oyster Lake, a rare coastal dune lake that offers a chance for guests to fish, kayak, or venture out on a stand up paddle board- the preferred method of transportation in this area. Dune Allen also will charm nature lovers with two additional coastal dune lakes as well as Topsail Hill State Preserve, with wonderful trails and the highest dunes on the coast. Although nature is the number one draw to Dune Allen, civilization is not far and some of the best restaurants in South Walton are located within Dune Allen, with Stinky's Fish Camp being within walking distance. Head just a little further east and discover Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, WaterColor, and Seaside- all offering their unique rendition of the perfect beach lifestyle in South Walton and home to boutique shops and delicious dining options.

Allen House stands as the western gateway to South Walton's scenic 30A and is only moments away from the lively amenities of Sandestin in Miramar Beach. Allen House's prime location includes convenient dining options. Stinky's Fish Camp, known for its fresh-caught seafood, is just minutes away, and you can walk down the beach to The Vue on 30A for Caribbean-inspired seafood with sweeping Gulf views.
