A stylishly converted terraced hideaway, 4 Railway Cottages is part of a tucked away development nestled in the heart of gorgeous, Georgian Holt which offers an array of amenities ranging from independent shops, pubs, and cafes. This wonderful bolthole is ideal all year round for a family, small group of friends or couples enjoying a short stay or longer holiday.
A splendid open-plan pad, 4 Railway Cottages has a modern, spacious and vibrant vibe. The ground floor boasts underfloor heating throughout. A well-equipped kitchen opens up in to the dining and sitting room area, which has a Smart television and extra wide doors spilling on to the fully-enclosed, front courtyard garden. A sun trap for the morning sun, this is the perfect spot for an al fresco morning coffee or late afternoon/ evening dining while the children and dog play safely within and the sun sets over sundowners. There is a ground floor WC and plenty of storage for coats and boots, and the ground floor has underfloor heating keeping the property toasty during the winter months too. Upstairs are two luxurious super-king size bedrooms with Smart televisions, both with zip and link beds offering maximum flexibility for families and groups of friends, and each with their own en-suite - so there is no compromising or sharing required! Parking for one car is in front of the property on the communal gravel driveway.
The central location of 4 Railway Cottages is hard to match, being only a short stroll from Holt's High Street with its uniquely individual shops and extensive amenities. Visit some of the best eateries in North Norfolk, The Owl Tea Rooms, Eric's Fish & Chips and Two Magpies Bakery which are a few minutes away on foot, and for the real foodies amongst you, be sure to book well in advance for the Michelin star restaurant, Meadowsweet. The stunning North Norfolk coastline of Salthouse, Cley, Blakeney, and Morston all within easy reach by car.
