This charming retro-style beach house is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in the scenic town of Rosedale. It is an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of work and technology.
Start your day by sipping your morning coffee on the back deck while immersing yourself in nature. Enjoy the refreshing scent of saltwater wafting from the ocean and let go of your worries. Take a stroll along Rosedale Beach, a beautiful one-kilometer stretch of sand that is both stunning and secluded, bordered by tall headlands and known for its impressive rock formations.
The Space:
This charming property exudes a distinct vintage beach house vibe, making it perfect for small families or couples.
As you enter at ground level, you'll find a cozy living area that seamlessly connects to the kitchen. From there, you can step out onto the timber deck, which features a BBQ and breakfast bar—an ideal spot for enjoying the sunrise or observing local birds and the occasional whale.
The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with two single bunk beds, accommodating up to four children. The property includes one bathroom with a shower over a kid-friendly sized bathtub and a separate toilet. Additionally, the laundry comes with both a washer and dryer.
Although the yard is not fenced, a pathway leads you directly to the beach.
Linen & Towels are supplied (Not Beach Towels) so bring some with you to enjoy the beach.
