Nestled in the scenic Eagles Nest neighborhood, this exceptional duplex offers all the comfort and spaciousness of a single-family home. Up to 9 Guests can sleep comfortably across a king bed, two queen beds, and a twin-over-full bunk bed. Set on a private wooded lot with southern exposure, the home is bathed in natural light throughout the day, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The interior features an open-concept layout with a fully updated kitchen, ideal for entertaining. A striking solid rock fireplace serves as the focal point of the living area, while reclaimed hardwood floors and premium finishes add character and charm to every room. The living space also includes a vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, smart TV, and soundbar for added relaxation and entertainment.
The main level offers two luxurious primary bedrooms, each with its own en suite bath. The first primary bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, and a spa-like en suite with a massive walk-in steam shower. The second primary bedroom includes a queen bed, en suite bath with a walk-in shower. The en suite bathroom includes dual entry from both the bedroom and the living area, providing easy access from the heart of the home.
Upstairs, a loft area provides additional sleeping and working space, with a twin over queen bunk, a desk with a monitor, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower. The lower level includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer, as well as a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and an en suite bath with a combo shower and tub, offering comfort and privacy for all guests.
The lower level also provides access to the private 2-car garage, equipped with an area to remove and store ski gear, as well as 4 sleds provided by the Owner to enjoy some fresh snow! This exceptional home perfectly blends luxury, privacy, and mountain living in one stunning package.
Please note, this property has a minimum age requirement of 26 years old, as well as a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights. If the reservation does not meet these two requirements, the reservation will be subject to cancellation.

One camera is positioned to monitor the driveway, and another is located on the back patio. These cameras are used solely for security and do not capture personal or private activities.
