Attentive staff. Breakfast was it overly expensive for a hotel breakfast, but was very good.

They need a porter. Some female staff are borderline rude. Rooms need a robe. Great garden. Very nice rooms. Good gym. Average breakfast. The location is excellent.

It is very convenient to many attractions. Close to the Tube (subway), great way to get around. Lovely neighborhood and the hotel itself was just wonderful.

Small rooms, comfortable for the price. Breakfast was average but staff were very helpful and forthcoming. Definitely a good option!

Locatuon was perfect. Quiet, had easy access for getting to the tub, and plenty of resturants in walking distance

Hotel is excellent and the location is very convenient for getting to other areas of London and Heathrow.

For a quite expensive stay we received a Tiny room. Poor wifi. Air conditioning didnt seem to work. Broken main door. Staff mistakenly wanted to charge us 1000 pounds upon checking out for a 2 night stay wich we prepaid by the way. I thought it was funny though...
The location was decent cloae to earls coart tube station but i would not stay here again for that price even though London can be pexpensive.

The convenient location to tube station and the great staff are the main reasons to stay here. The hotel manager at the front desk and the blond man who manages the restaurant went out of their way to make our stay delightful. The rest of the staff have also been well trained to be helpful and courteous. The variety of foods at breakfast was nice and the hotel seems to be well maintained. The attractive garden out back is quite nice. To be in central London, it is a quiet location and the tube station is on the Piccadilly Line with direct connection to Heathrow and, in the other direction, straight it Knightsbridge, Oxford Circus, and Piccadilly Circus. There are restaurants and stores close by. Over all everything was great except the older, soft mattresses that made our backs hurt. We did not complain because we did not expect them to go out and purchased a new set of bedding.

朝ごはんがメチャクチャ美味しい。美しい庭を見ながらゆったり食べられます。
施設も綺麗で、静かで、駅からも近いです。駅からホテルの途中にスーパーがありいつでも買い物ができます。
安心して過ごすことができました。

Room is ok but quite small and nothing special but it was clean and worked well for a shorter stay. The hotel breakfast is not worth the money and we skipped it 2 out of 3 days even though we had paid for all 3 days.
The elevator was the worst and you almost had to bang on the buttons for it register the push.
Location is super and very close to the metro.
Overall nothing really bad to say but I would choose another hotel next time, especially considering what we paid.

Nice clean boutique hotel. Staff is friendly and the location of the hotel is near many stores and restaurants. It’s pretty close to many attractions, however, if you don’t want to walk, the underground station is very close.

The hotel grounds and main floor are lovely. The guest room/bathrooms rather small.
Amenities (shampoo, etc.) just so-so. Our guest room had a very unpleasant must smell that persisted throughout our stay.
Hotel front desk manager was very helpful.
