Located just over half a mile from the iconic Oak Island Lighthouse, this gorgeous home features a reverse floorplan and incredible views of the dunes and the Atlantic Ocean beyond, plus desirable amenities such as a private elevator and a pool table.
The open concept living area is flooded with natural light and features cathedral ceilings. Gleaming hardwoods, sandy neutrals and pops of fun color and nautical décor complete the beachy feel. Gather together across from the large flatscreen TV to share a favorite movie or watch the big game. The sturdy round dining table seats six, with an additional four seats at the adjacent breakfast bar. The modern kitchen provides plenty of counter space for meal preparation including a center island and stainless-steel appliances. A half bathroom is located off this space for convenience.
You’ll also find the primary bedroom suite on this level. Furnished with a king bed, you’ll wake up to the waves each morning thanks to direct deck access. This space also features closet space and a private en suite bathroom, with his and her sinks and a step in shower.
On the lower level, the final four bedrooms sound a central lounge space and game room. Equipped with a large flat screen TV, comfy sofas, a Wii Console with games and even a pool table, this is the perfect spot to host the ultimate family game night. The upper deck is open and provides the ideal perch to soak in the sunshine and the views. When you’re ready to hit the sand, a private boardwalk leads to a dune top deck with built in deck seating that is just steps off the shores of quiet Caswell Beach.
After the day’s adventures, cleaning up is a breeze, with an open rinse off shower available on your boardwalk and and enclosed outdoor shower available under the property on the ground level.
