About this house rental
This spacious 6bd 5bth property offers three king size beds, three queen size beds and four xl twin beds (top bunk is 10” mattress), sleeping 16 of your favorite friends and family.
Basic bathroom necessities offered such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, wash cloths, epsom salt, q-tips, toilet paper, and tissues.
Tastefully decorated bedrooms with space for your personal belongings. All with quality mattresses and tv’s for personal streaming.
Two separate living spaces designed for comfort and style, each with tv’s for personal streaming and WiFi available for own your devices too. Bluetooth speaker located in the kitchen. Bring your own device chargers/cords but some are provided in the laundry room.
Kitchen is equipped with full size appliances, cooking tools and a large farmhouse sink. Basic cleaning supplies such as trash bags, sponges, dish soap and dishwasher pods are offered too!
Board games, card games, and foosball, and a cozy couch for movie nights in the basement. Popcorn bar and coffee bar too!
Private office with desk (converted from salon, shampoo sink is disconnected).
Laundry room with mid size freezer, sink, cleaning supplies, wash pods and dryer sheets; as well as outdoor towels, a steam iron, clothes iron and board. First aid kit, tool kit, and sewing kit also available.
Central HVAC system for the main floor and basement, and a separate system for the top floor.
Three car open garage; single garage is extra long and tall. Extra large driveway for toys and rv too!
*Property fence does not close off front of property, only separates neighbors yards.
*Although this property does not allow guest pets, it is occupied part time by owners with pets and per law service animals are accepted. Thorough cleaning is performed between all stays to help ensure clean standards for all guests.
*Decor, bedding, etc. may change from photos as things wear and break unexpectedly.
