Overlooking Mindarie Marina. Fantastic Location. Luxury modern two-storey quality three-bedroomed home, all with enSuite bathrooms. Panoramic views and balconies from living areas. Restaurants and beaches are on your doorstep. The minimum age for booking is 25 years.
Large bright kitchen and living areas. With plenty of outside room, balconies at both front and back of house and downstairs garden area.
Available Bedroom with Queen Size Bed with own Bathroom. Also available are another two bedrooms with Queen Size Beds and a bathroom are also available - access to all living and outdoor areas. Lock up garage and also street parking outside of the house.

The Mindarie Marina is a beautiful location, close to the beach and close to a number of restaurants and shops.
A public bus comes onto the estate and goes to the local train station.
No Large Parties or Gatherings are allowed at the house, and I have a NO SMOKING policy inside the house.

For your stay, a beautifully appointed bedroom with a queen-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom is available. Two additional bedrooms, also featuring queen-size beds and private bathrooms, are ready to accommodate your group. Guests will have access to all living and outdoor areas, ensuring a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. Parking is convenient, with a secure lock-up garage and additional street parking available right outside the house.
