Nestled within the village of Llanfoist, part of The Brecon Beacons, with a beautiful backdrop of the 3 mountains, the canal and picturesque Country side.
Our comfortable family home is within short walking distance of Abergavenny and is the ideal location for Family's, Friends or Business Professionals visiting the area.
The Monmouthshire and Brecon canal runs just above the village and is an easy 5 minute walk away from the house.
The House is the perfect destination for all ages and the surrounding countryside offers numerous activities such as Hiking, Canoeing, Kayaking, Mountain biking, Cycling and Angling to name a few.

The spacious property is finished to a high standard and is Split over 3 floors consisting of 4 Bedrooms.1 King, 3 Double beds and 2 Zip link beds, so can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests.
We have 2.5 Bathrooms one of which is ensuite to the master bedroom this one includes a walk-in shower The second bathroom has a shower over the bath, this is located on the 1st floor.
There is also a ground floor W.C for use when downstairs, making our property easy to use for guests of all ages and abilities.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with Breakfast bar and a very comfortable Lounge with Smart TV & WIFI.
All bed linen and towels provided are professionally laundered.
Kitchen amenities and essentials are available to ensure a comfortable stay inc: Double Fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster and kettle.

The House has a private enclosed Garden with Patio area, ideal for enjoying the weather on sunny days and has Lovely Mountain views for year round beautiful scenery.
The garden also has and a newly installed Cold Water Therapy Barrel for those of you that enjoy a cold water dip.

We offer a centrally located Townhouse ideal for Re-locators, Contractors Business Professionals or anyone wanting short or longer stays.

We are within easy access to the A465, A470, M50 which leads to the M4 and we offer private parking at the property.
We are a Scenic 5 minute Walk into Abergavenny Town centre.
A well known Market Town and Community promoted as the Gateway to Wales and which boasts a number of great Pubs, Coffee shops, Restaurants and Shops.
A minutes walk to Brewers Fayre, Costa Coffee, & McDonalds and 2 minutes walk to Waitrose Supermarket and Petrol station.
