Struttura pulita e posizione ottima nel centro storico di Olbia

Posizione nel bellissimo centro storico di Olbia. Struttura molto carina e rifinita. Caterina super ospitale e gentile!

Non c’è possibilità di parcheggio ma questo già lo sapevamo.

I had a lovely time and will definitely chose this B&B for my next stay in Olbia.

The location, how well maintained and clean everything was, Caterina the very lovely and incredibly helpful hostess and of course Beule, her adorable little dachshund.

Only that we couldn’t turn the AC on during the night. The buzzing of the mosquitoes woke us up repeatedly until we hunted them all down.

Convenient B&B!

Nice b&b in the centre of the city, very easy to visit places nearby on foot. The host was welcoming and provided a nice breakfast in the morning. Would recommend!

Lovely stay to explore the city

The host is very friendly and we could see that she loves to have guests. Our room was very clean and the whole place was very nice designed. The place is very well centered in the city. Nearby are many possibilities to have a nice evening and have some drinks and dinner.

The doors were a bit noisy.

Nice accomodation

Very nice accomodation, location is not so harming but perhaps that's just olbia. A friend joined us in the room and they charged us 40€ extra which I thought was a bit much considering there was no added cost for them.

Everything was all right!

The location was superb. the residence is located in the center of Olbia. The hostess was very friendly and provided us with a breakfast with many cookies. The room was also very clean!

Nothing to complain about. We just stayed only one night here.

wonderful stay, amazing host

We had a wonderful stay! We loved the authenticity of the space and the host was simply incredible, so friendly and kind, made us feel at home. The room was spacious and very clean. Location was perfect, steps way from the center and very easy to reach by public transportation. Highly recommended!

Perfect place to start your trip around Sardegna

Caterina is super friendly and welcoming. Her house is right in the heart of Olbia. Rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. A lot of options for breakfast. Bonus: roof terrace available 24/7 and really cute dog!

The most beautiful B&B ever

The owner is a great person! We loved the location, the whole house, decorated with taste. We enjoyed the whole space and the terrace. The room is very big, comfortable, as well as the bathroom. I have never seen such a well-kept B&B. We had the feeling that we were spending time in someone's beautiful home.

Unfortunately it was very noisy outside untlil 1 o'clock at night. From a nearby bar you could hear a woman singing live, who probably took part in the project "everyone can sing". We did not understand why it was so loud. Even the soundproof windows did not manage...

Host confirmed my arrival time prior to my trip, met me at the door, and helped me reserve a taxi for the next day. Location of the room is ideal-- very central to restaurants, walking, and shopping. Air conditioning was so appreciated.

Amazing property in Olbia - Value for Money!

The location is fantastic, very central, safe, close to lots of restaurants, supermarket and pharmacy. The communication with Caterina was extremely good she sent a what's app message asking the estimated arrival and all questions I have asked she replied very quick. On arrival this B&B is located in the second floor of a huge house. Extremely clean and the size of the room was huge with a beautiful balcony, big bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. The property in the same floor have a nice terrace to relax. The Breakfast area is located in the first floor. Breakfast was tradditional from Sardinia. This property also offer to keep your luggage which is great after check out. I definately will come back to this property If I come back to Olbia, I was feeling like home. This property is safe for solo traveller.

Wonderful and we would love to return for a longer stay.

We loved Catarina's kindness, her dinner recommendation was amazing, the rooms were large and immaculately clean, comfortable and traditional. Hot water, Aircon in the bedroom and a very pleasant, generous if prepackaged breakfast. Position in town was fab for walking .

There was nothing we could complain about. If your bags are heavy you might hate the stairs.

Amazing stay and will definitely recommend to whoever visits Olbia!

The room was very large including the bathroom. Caterina made the stay the easiest most stress-free stay we've ever had. Caterina was extremely helpful if we had any questions about places in the city e.g. parking, beaches, etc. and was very, very flexible regarding the check-in times.

Great experience, great B&B, 100% recommend.

The room and bathroom were very clean! The hotel is also centrally located and super close to the bus stop that you would need to reach the airport and the beach. Everything else is in walking distance. The B&B staff was amazing and I have zero complaints.

Our stay with Cata was excellent. Her cozy home in the center of Olbia is a great place to use as base while touring through cerdeña. We were treated like family from the start. Not only did she offer great advice regarding the island, she also took care of booking reservations for dinner and activities for us so we didn't have to worry. Really recommend!

I recommend this property for anyone who wants a cosy stay in the heart of the city! it was great!

Our stay was great - we enjoyed the breakfast, the room was lovely and the location unbeatable! Right in the center of Olbia! I have to say that the best part about the property was the host who was so sweet and helpful! Will definitely recommend this place.

Just depending on my taste I would have preferred breakfast to include some fresh bread or fresh pastries as everything was packaged. However, the food was all good and the host gave us plenty!
