Niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Het vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel

Bij aankomst in de kamer leek het goed. Maar toen we eenmaal op het bed gingen zitten dachten we zoo dit is een hard bed. Toen we de airco aan zouden zetten ontbrak het kastje. We zouden proberen hem zonder kastje aan te zetten maar de airco was zo smerig en onder het stof. Dus dit niet gedaan. Nachts heeel veel lawaai gehad van de feestje omdat we aan de voorkant van het hotel zaten. En als klap op de vuurpijl wakker geworden met ontzettend nekpijn door het bed en het slechte kussen. Ik vind dit hotel absoluut geen 4 sterren waard

Realmente no me gustó nada porque me sentí defraudado con el hotel.primero por las fotos de Booking que no eran ni por asomo a la realidad

No me gustó ni las habitaciones ni el buffet para mí fue todo muy engañoso tanto a través de Booking como luego en el hotel

Gutes Essen, freundliche Menschen, auch sehr hilfsbereit. Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage für's eigene Auto. Tiefgarage überwacht, dauerhaft geöffnet. Lage zum Strand

Dass der Deckenventilator nicht einschalten ging.

Un séjour incroyable

J’ai beaucoup aimé l’hôtel, la localisation, le personnel, le petit déjeuner, la piscine, le spa, la chambre, le confort, la propreté, la gentillesse des personnes,

Il y avait énormément de bruit et c’était des jeunes qui laissait la porte ouverte avec la musique à fond et entrain de parler fort dans le couloir à 3h du matin, c’était horrible, on a pas beaucoup dormi. Et aussi vue qu’il y à beaucoup de boite en bas de l’hôtel il faudrait peut être penser à mettre du double vitrage pour ne pas entendre les gens crier en bas à 5h du matin

Rapport qualité prix excellent. Parfaitement situé

Période fin septembre 2023. Rapport qualité/prix excellent. Personnel parfait, parlant français. Très bien situé. Très bon et beau buffet. Jacuzzi un plus. Chambre spatieuse. Tout était super. J'insiste sur le rapport qualité prix.

Juste de n'avoir la chambre qu'à 14h mais c'est normal. Et en attendant de devoir laisser les valises dans le hall.

Fatigant .

La chambre donnant sur la rue en face des jeus arcade et la boite de nuit , un samedi soir trés bruyant avec les basses de la sono et les gens sur le trottoir devant l'etablissement , je me suis endormi qu'a 5 heures 30 du matin .

the cleaners are the most arrogant people and not friendly at all bcs they didnt had to clean we said no they still came in and then they were argueing that it was to dirty and i wanna explain in english and she said no only spanish like she just talked english

Very nice hotel for enjoying your vacation

Very good location (5-7 min walk to the beach), nice rooms, quite good breakfast (was included to the price). Personal is always ready to help if u need it. My room was to the inner yard, so it was quite peaceful and quiet in the evening/night. Unfortunately, it was cold for swimming in the pool but it looked nice. Also every evening there is some programm for guests.

Not so much light in the room but it didn't disturb me.

Great Hotel

Brillantly located hotel in the heart of Lloret de Mar. Had an ideal outdoor pool and indoor jacuzzi. Was very comfortable and staff were extremely accomodating to me and my group.

Water didn't go down the drain well in sink, really noisy neighbours (maybe we just got lucky, they where extremely noisy in corridor and hotel room on our floor for the whole night)

There was no kettle or tea/coffee facilities located in room No extra blankets No iron facilities Wasn't informed by booking.com that upon arrival to hotel that the hotel will charge a tourist tax The hotel staff was unpolite and some are disrespectful towards black people

Disappointing

The menu in the restaurant is constantly changing. Everything was delicious. The staff at the restaurant was very friendly. The bathroom in our room was recently renovated. The location of the hotel is very convenient, 3 minutes walk to the sea.

We arrived at the hotel without a reservation, but there were no places in the seasali hotel, although there were places on Booking. I had to leave the hotel and book online. There is no parking. Sent to the parking lot for 25 euros per day. The elevator in the hotel is old and very slow, constantly busy, we had to constantly walk. To enter the restaurant you need to stand in line for 5-10 minutes. To use the air conditioner, you need to pay a deposit of 10 euros for the remote control. The safe in our room did not work, there was no lock. It was very noisy at night, you won't be able to sleep.

we ended our stay early and went to Flamingo hotel

the guests mostly consist of young kids (18-19yo) that come to get hammered and drunk. they make a lot of noise. One night some drunk kids tried to come into our room with their key (unsuccessfully). The next night at 4am a bunch of kids were trying to break down the door right next our room.

Definitely not a 4* hotel

Loved the location, less than 5 minutes from the beach. Only staff member I spoke to was lovely. Breakfast had great selection

The room was very outdated, no air conditioning, just a ceiling fan that wobbled and was very loud, and the switch was broken for it. The bathroom was dirty, cracked sink and mouldy corners. Shower squirted water sideways from the head, always. Found a cigarette butt on the floor, and lighter on balcony. Very loud, DJ played music most nights until about 12am that blasted through the walls. Lifts were tiny.
