Excellent hotel with the best views

It was spotless clean. The food was really good for an all inclusive The views are incredible

Nice view, large room. Balcony. Separation of garbage.

The soap containers in the bathroom did not work at all, which was rather surprising. The plastic was so hard that it was practically impossible to get any soap out of the container. A very nice cleaning lady showed us how to pull off the soap. Other thing: separation of garbage could have been better informed and encouraged. It is a major issue, all the garbage that tourism causes. Separation system should be accurate and well organised.

Nice one night holiday in Fuengirola for the International people's fair, good location.

The location was very nice next to the beach, breakfast was good. Room had a nice sea view.

I do think the price of 122 EUR/night was quite high for the room, as the quality of the room and bed in general was not matching the price. The sheets were not soft at all and there was no extras in the bathroom such as shampoo/conditioner packages etc. I also booked the room as a birthday gift for my boyfriend and asked the hotel to leave a surprise bottle of cava in the room, and they confirmed to do so, but there was nothing in the room so my surprise didn't work.

I loved the outdoor area. The situation is excellent. The hotel was absolutely spotless. The staff were some of the nicest people I ever met and went out of their was to make us comfortable. The rooms were kept spotless and beds changed every second day. Couldn’t say enough particularly the cleanliness. Lovely hotel.

I liked nearly everything. Just the food in the dining room was not as good as other years. This was our third visit and thought other years had a better variety.

Good

Location is very nice, right on the beach. Bech service is payed (12 EUR per day). Food was good with with a good selection. Staff was nice but most of them didnt speak english.

Pool bar and also night bar was really busy all the time so you have to wait 15 minutes in line to get some drink. Most of the staff doesnt speak english. Hotel doesnt have private beach with beach service so you have to pay for it (2 beach chairs and umbrella 12 EUR per day).

We had a lovely week and would happily recommend

Loved the location. Food was lovely always plenty to choose from. This was our first experience of all inclusive. Would definitely return to this hotel. We requested a lower floor room and our request was fulfilled.

Entertainment was not what we have previously experienced in a hotel, but this may be due to restrictions.

The staff work really hard to make sure guests have everything they need.

There was no designated smoking area outside which meant that non-smokers were having to deal with a lot of smoke near them, even at mealtimes, if we chose to eat outdoors.

Well placed but...

The location and the breakfast.

The parking was not available and we were informed only during the checkin, I had to park at the street. The clerk of the reception was rude.
