Prima hotel, in het centrum waar we met veel plezier hebben verbleven.

Ligging in het centrum. Mooie, goed ingerichte kamer. Parkeren voor de deur. Prima ontbijt in een gezellige ruimte. Heel vriendelijk personeel.

Het enige minpuntje vonden wij dat de muziek tijdens het ontbijt vrij hard was.

الفريق جدا متعاون و ودوود و في قمة الادب الموقع جدا جميل الخدمات حلوه المطعم جدا متنوع وجميل الهدوووواء في الموقع قريبها من السوبر ماركت و المطاعم كلها مشيا بالاقدام

كثرة اللوحات فيها صور و هذا متنافي مع قيمنا الاسلامية تواجد الكحول في الغعرفة و انا طلبت مسبقا في سحبهاى من الغرفة و الثلاجة

A very nice hotel with large and comfortable rooms. The bathroom is also a good size. You have L’Occitane products throughout the hotel.Wi-Fi is good. Staff at the front desk very friendly. The L’Occitane Spa is very nice and offers good quality massages. You have parking in front of the hotel and also a garage but you have to pay extra for the parking.

Breakfast is the same every day and not very diverse. If you stay for more than 3 days you kind of run out of options. They have no bacon, no salmon or other fish, no local hams or sausages, the marmalade could be local and not in cheap little jars.

Nice staff but the hotel was not to the level I expected or worth the money.

Staff were very friendly

Shower flooded bathroom every time it wa used, balcony door kept sticking, and breakfast was nothing special.

If you like silence and you want to relax, this is not the place for you.

Very nice reception service, and checkin proccess was good. Restaurant service is 4.5stars, Chief made for us Vegan Pasta. Clean room, quality furniture.

Very bad soundproofing, at the night some neighbors from floor down was listening music till 4:30am, we couldn't sleep from 2:00am, we tried to reach reception but nobody was there. We found this neighbors and asked them to stop this. In hotel with so high class client shouldn't solve these kind of problems. After they turned off the music, we clearly heared how somebody walking in the room, closed doors etc. And we was on the last floor. Soundproof is very poor at these hotel. At the morning in the room was smell of fried onion, i don't know how its came to the last floor. Out side parking - when cold weather not best option. Garage parking availble only with valet, you can't park yourself. Very poor wellness. Staff at welness was not nice at all. Next time we will not visit this hotel for sure.

Always happy to be there! Restaurant is our favorite.

Entire experience is matching the cost and expectations. Professional crew. Welcoming. Pleasant stay every single time and superb restaurant!

Frequent visitor program is missing. Breakfast is very good but as we know their restaurant we know that breakfast can be even better than what it is right now.

Relaxing, Classy Place in Great Location!

The best thing about this hotel is its staff! Professional, pleasant, make you feel very welcomed! They speak Czech, German, English and maybe more! Nothing is a problem for them whether it is in restaurant, room, wellness or the valet. Location is excellent, stylish décor with Hollywood theme, rooms clean & new, packed with snacks and drinks (for extra fee). It has the best shower and bed we experienced in Czech hotels so far. Restaurant is cozy, outdoor seating wonderful, fun menu with many light meals. Great wine selection, Hennessey bar.

Breakfast was good, but simple, one would expect more fruits and pastry. On Sunday morning before 7am very noisy young children were running down the hallway back and forth for good amount of time. It woke us up. I would not expect this kind of guests at hotel of this class.

Amazing hotel in the middle of the mountains

Amazing hotel with a delicious restaurant. The location was perfect as it's so close to many hiking spots and activities. The room was spacious, clean and had amazing views over the mountains. The spa was amazing too. We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was an incredible experience
