Location for me was perfect as I was doing the great ocean trail hike finishing at nearby 12 Apostles
Nothing I can think of as Eric who was in charge was so helpful and friendly . He went out of his way to accomodate me and ensure my stay was positive and easy .

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is great, so close to the 12 apostles but yet so peaceful

Location was ideal so close to the 12 Apostles & a lovely rural setting.n

Good location and friendly staff :))

The country air and the run area for the dog. Plus the owner's dog is gorgeous. Shower was good. Relatively easy to find.
Toilet exuded hydrogen sulfide (rotten eggs smell). The wall heater tripped the fuse box. The cutlery was limited and not clean. The cooker top was old and dirty. Ashtray (on the verandah) hadn't been emptied and cleaned.
2.5
Room was cold & the heating/airconditionig was extremely noisy.

The location were good and would be perfect for retreat.
The room sizes are fair and cosy.
We did not have breakfast which we had no comments on this
There was not enough instructions nor email to advise me on how and where to collect the keys..
1.5
close to the sightseeing activities
the costs of property it's too expensive for that place. the motel smells like someone wiped their button room somewhere. we couldn't sleep properly because of the smell. the place wasn't clean at all you could see some spider Webb in the side of the fridge.

Top spot for the 12 Apostles and other Great Ocean Road delights. Quite an old place but well maintained clean and tidy. Lovely bed and very quiet. Only 3km from the 12 Apostles so it was easy to zip down and sunrise and sunset for photos. Excellent place
Nothing really. No food close by so it was a quick 10 minute drive to Port Campbell for dinner.

Peaceful location, super close to 12 Apostles, big white dog.
Please replace the kettle as the heating element inside is completely rusted. Flakes of rust come in the water.

Beds were Ok with nice sheets and heating in the bed.
Just felt old and dirty and considering it’s the most expensive place we stay at, at the great ocean road, it’s far from worth it’s price.

Location
Pet friendly but no fenced area for dogs . Curtains falling down room smelt musty.
Out door sensor light kept coming on and light shining into cabin overnight. Needs a good revamp as price was the highest we paid anywhere on our trip with poor facilities Would not use again

very good location, friend staff
dated
3.5
Everything required for a pleasant stay was at hand - a cupboard filled with extra pillows and linen, adequate amount of cutlery and crockery, microwave, even an oven (which worked extremely well), large fridge, working wifi, comfortable beds, BBQ, outdoor setting, quiet environment, fresh towels and toiletries on our 2nd day, centrally located on the Great Ocean Road, ample parking, a large friendly dog was the receptionist, concierge, and parking valet upon arrival
The room has seen better days. The door feels like a hollow piece of bark which can just be pushed in. The toilet uses recycled water which renders it black (gotta admit that was rather confronting) and it tends to smell when flushed. The fit and finish has not been updated in a very long time and the look is reminiscent of a motel along a highway which time forgot (like after a by pass was built) which is not commensurate with the amount charged. However as mentioned, the availability of everything you could possibly need was there but its not the kind of place where you will find plush carpeting and a mini bar.

It was close to 12 Apostles.
It was very run down, needs much refurbishment, the toilet water was recycled and was black. The reception was extremely creepy with frames of newspaper articles about murdered people, this was not what somebody wants to see when they’re checking in, especially in a veryyy remote area!! The owner could not speak English which was frustrating when trying to communicate had to talk through a Google translator on the phone. The price of the motel was very expensive for the facilities provided ($400 for 3 people for 1 night!) From many weeks on the road travelling, this was by far the worst value for money as we arrived late and was up early, even at that it was way overpriced for what it was, so disappointed as it was our last stop. Would not recommend!!

great location
Rooms was disgustingly dirty and everything was out dated. Gardens were unkept and full of weeds.

Location is very close to twelve apostles. Love the natural surrounding at the motel. A pity we didn't have enough time to spend outdoor.

The location is very convenient.
The facilities are old and the environment is average.
