It was just lovely. Really spacious. Loved the outdoor bath. I just wish it was summer so we could have enjoyed it. Great to have a kitchen.

That it was too cold to use the outdoor bath!!

Was a lovely little place good value for money and beautiful lake view.

Beautiful view of the lake loved the balcony. Rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated - lots of fake plants.

Very tight garage especially with a relatively big car. Narrow street as well so was difficult to park without hitting the walls but we managed. Hot water was also very loud and if you have noisey neighbours the walls are a bit too thin ..

Beds are too lumpy A rug underneath the coffee table would make the lounge room a little warmer in winter TV remote batteries are flat Power board in 2nd bedroom burnt out Drier to high to reach Cobwebs in 2nd bedroom Bathtub needs attention Shower head in main bathroom doesn't fit the holder Have to hold the handle Hair-dryer cracked and unsafe Lights in 2nd bedroom not working Just check the unit before to let it out

Beautiful pool, very well equipped house, really clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Well maintained, green resort. Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend to stay here!

Nice quite location but you’ll need some transport (bike/car) to the beach or down town Byron however… this was exactly what we were looking!

Parking onsite, plenty of room, quiet location.

Main sleeping level had a unit which would cool the other bedrooms instead of units in each bedroom. Interior is dated.

The location is really nice and the size of the house and bedrooms are generous.

The staff were unable to be contacted when we noticed a snake in the yard where my children were playing.

Loved the pool and the set up of our apartment, the place was very clean and close to beach and shops.

The only thing was the lounge’s were uncomfortable

Stay away from the scam

Very rude staff and dishonest. Room was dirty and without aircon in middle of summer despite paid for it. Got Gaven a broken portable one after 2 days. As soon as I informed I was contacting Airbnb for dispute they stopped communicating with me and ignoring even booking.com emails. Luckily I got half money back from booking.com. as was nearly 200 AUD a night for this. To mention was also a processionary above the bed and the ceiling fan felt on top of my head at night. Insane. Not recommended

Excellent stay in Byron, a fair walk from town but that is reflected in the price. Overall, great, comfortable and relax

Staff were lovely and welcoming, pool area is great, rooms were clean, tidy and spacious!

landlord allowed us to check in early which we were really grateful for. Apartment is stunning with 3 bathrooms and lovely garden area, really quirky. Restaurant just outside the apartment serving amazing healthy food. Swimming pool and garden area is lovely. great value for money.

Great location, great facilities, the best staff

Byron Lakeside was perfect! It was well located to the town but away from the hustle and bustle. There is a beach on the doorstep but the highlight really was Sam who runs the complex - he was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Old oven with unreadable temperature settings (all worn off), dirty blinds in bathroom, small TV, pretty worn out bed, not cheap

Perfect spot, plenty of room for our family of five. Pool area was tranquil and relaxing.

Our apartment had plenty of room and the added bonus of games and spa. Sam was helpful at informing us of the options around the area. Location was quiet with the added bonus of somewhere to eat just around the corner.

We honestly couldn't pick anything.

Spacious townhouse by a billabong, pool and The Roadhouse cafe

We had a fabulous stay! The townhouse was very spacious and comfortable. We looked out onto a beautiful billabong covered in lilypads. The kids loved spotting lizards and even a kangaroo on the other side of the billabong early one morning. The pool and barbecue area were great. Having a parking spot was helpful. The location right next to The Roadhouse meant we had the option of a very easy stroll for breakfast, coffees or woodfired pizzas at night. Thank you for a really great stay!

Nice place, a little far out and parking in Byron is a pain. The bbq was dirty, so couldn’t use. The one by the pool was better. Not enough bin bags/loo roll and no one at reception on the three times we checked to ask

Obsessed with the accommodation and benefits !

absolutely loved staying here ! the room and staff were so lovely and when I come for my next holiday, I’ll definitely be coming back to Byron Lakeside!! it was so hard to leave :(
