Very good stay.

The location is great. The room was also good value for moneyt.

The shower was very hot and we were unable to turn the temperature down for it.

Good for the money. Get what you pay for.

It was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable enough. The staff were lovely and friendly.

TV wasn't working, and the room was small, could yave done with a couple more pillows too. The road noise was very loud as there's nearby hotels with cabaret and open mic nights. Found it difficult getting to sleep.

Ideal spot, friendly and welcoming

The hotel is in an excellent location for the Winter Gardens and town centre. The new owners were amazing, very friendly, welcoming, helpful.

It is not really a dislike, but the hotel is dated and needs decorating etc but as the very new owner explained this would all be done over the winter.

Very basic practical and quiet room, good value for money.

Location was good, Beverley was lovely, shower was good, bed was fairly comfortable, good selection of tea and coffee facilities were provided.

We arrived earlier than expected and was going to drop off the bags and go for Brunch but the place was locked up and no one answered the door, We asked for twin beds, and got a double one side up against the wall, so one of us had to climb across, not easy in the middle of the night, and a single. The single was very basic, you could feel every spring. The double had a matress protector and a sheet before the duvet, whilst it felt clean, normally there is a fittted sheet between you and the matress protector as well, no curtains to block out light, only one flattened pillow each.

Lovely hostess.

The owner is absolutely lovely. Everything was clean and it was perfect location for the center. Parking space that we could use while we stayed there too. You can't complain about the price as it was very cheap whilst being clean and having everything you needed.

It was a tight squeeze for 3 people but you get exactly what you pay for. This accommodation is perfect for people who just need somewhere to sleep.

Good location helpful staff.Very small rooms but very good price

Plumbing leaves a lot to be desired. Had no hot water new years eve. Reported the problem on the way out and the next day plenty of hot water but no cold fill so shower was scalding and couldn't turn it down. Wash basin the same when turned tap to add cold the water cut off altogether.

Breakfast n/a location was great

Small room, cold and dreadful damp smell. Rubbish at side of bed. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Left a day early. Not sure they got the nerve to rent this room out

Great host,rooms although dated were very clean,plenty hot water and tea and coffee making facilities,nice bar area and excellent location,also parking a added bonus

Amazing hotel

I liked it all from start to finish, bev was so welcoming, I asked for another pillow and she gave me one with no trouble what so ever, the rooms were fresh and clean, lots of toilet rolls, location amazing.. Best hotel iv stayed in in Blackpool, will definitely be booking up again. Thank you.
