Direct beach access, cabana room, flexibility with arriving late by one day, appreciated friendliness of staff, always willing to accommodate and taxi service was easy and very reliable
Slight issue with booking one attraction where not enough time provided by hotel staff but was accommodating to solve the issue and refund

My teen daughter had to overnight in Antigua as the flight to her final destination wasn’t until really early morning the next day. I got a little fright as I thought the hotel double charged her, which meant she paid quite a few hundreds (in USD) for just a few hours stay. The hotel was absolutely incredible in responding to my concern. I communicated to them from the Booking.com app from England whilst my daughter was at the hotel in Antigua. They responded asap via the app and also rang up my daughter at the room to talk it over. The manager also personally messaged me on the app. It all turned out to be a misunderstanding which was very quickly and easily sorted. The hotel also offered alternative ways to charge us for the room. So they were very proactive in helping us.
Not only was the hotel, garden and pool absolutely stunning (very true to pics), but the management and staff were amazing. Also they were able to book a taxi for her really early in the morning so that she could be on time to catch her flight. I highly recommend this hotel for those looking for an excellent experience and peace of mind.

Quiet, friendly staff, especially in the dining area
This was my third visit. The food was fair. I missed the buffet, gone because of Covid. The vegetables were very fresh and crispy this trip, but the seafood choices were limited and bland. I also preferred coffee in the room. The towels were not fluffy, very thin, almost threadbare. The king bed I requested was two single beds pushed together- Not the same thing. The bathroom was very small, definitely not for two people. The bar staff and the Rum Punch was exceptional. It was nice, but not as nice as past visits.

Staff are amazing
Wi-Fi was not good

The staff were AWESOME!!!! As in all other reviews, the staff made the place and my stay. Very pleasant, accommodating. The young lady at the bar finally warmed up to me on my last day, lol. Damon, the food and beverage manager and all his staff were the best!
ALL INCLUSIVE SHOULD MEAN ALL INCLUSIVE!!!! I have been to 12+ Caribbean Islands and when I have stayed in an all inclusive property I have never experienced limitations on food and drink choices, highly disappointing and would be my reason NOT to recommend or stay at this property again. This was also one of the more expensive all inclusive properties I have stayed at--absolutely NO value for the money.

Staff were obliging and happy. Quiet at this time of year. Food was very good for all inclusive. Accommodation a little tired but had a nice Caribbean feel to the main building.
sea grass.

location, facilities and the breakfast included were exceptional. the staff was very helpful and made me very comfortable.
wifi connectivity was a bit spotty, no cable tv in room, warm water in shower was hardly available.

Restaurant was exceptional with a good choice to suit everyone , always greeted with a smile from the lovely staff. Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. Large swimming pool with ample sun lounger’s. Views to die for…
Found the property in need of some TLC, appeared quite rough around the edges, definitely shabby chic. Booked a ‘couples’ massage to be told they only have one masseur with one bed hence we would have to go at different times, surely this cannot be called a ‘couples’ massage. arrived on time to the constant sound of builders working literally next to the Spa using hammer drills and banging!! cancelled the massage which was disappointing. Rarely used the pool area due to the builders. Pool area very nice but the actual pool in need of maintenance. New soft towels for the rooms and for beech/pool is a must please!

I liked the location, the meal was fantastic, the room was fine but no windows. The staff very pleasant and friendly. The facility is lovely.
The whole place was wet and slippery. The rain comes in. The bed was broken. I requested all inclusive but it was not recorded.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Really lovely pool and a real community feel amongst the guests. We really liked the location of the hotel; we were close to St John where there are lots of lovely restaurants, but it was still quiet and peaceful. A lot of the best beaches were the other side of the island, however it only took 40 minutes to get from one end to the other, so if you rent a car this is really not a problem.
We chose to just have breakfast at the hotel rather than all inclusive as we wanted to explore the island. This was the best option but we had a meal at the hotel the first night whilst we got our bearings and the food was ok, but it wasn't good value for money. Similar with the drinks, so if you plan to spend a lot of time at the hotel I would recommend opting for all inclusive.

The hotel location was nice and the pool was excellent. The beach was very clean. The staff were all lovely.
The facilities were a little dated. The food at the restaurant was expensive, not worth the price. The AC in the room was not great and the bathroom could have been cleaner.
4.5
Excellent atmosphere, delightful staff. The meals were innovative and table service exemplary. Located on the sea, the resort is peaceful. There was an abundance of outdoor furniture, plenty of corners in which to find privacy and a fantastic swimming pool.
The wifi in the rooms was dead slow - not enough to sustain a Zoom call. Blistering fast in the lobby, so the problem could be resolved.

The staff here is amazing and they truly cater to your every need. They make you feel at home away from home. Nick, Vincent (bartender) and Debbie(waitress) always greeted with a smile and positivity regardless what time of the day and made my stay amazing with their exceptional service and best recommendations on what to eat and drink. The food and drinks were great! If you’re looking to get away and relax I highly recommend.
I think cause of Covid the time to eat was limited and in intervals. The bar had wraps you can eat but would’ve been nice to have another option in between meals especially if your drinking.
