The villa sits on a plot of land consisting of 2 pretty gardens, a large covered terrace of 65 m² on the ground floor (plus one upstairs of 40 m²) and a swimming pool enjoying a very beautiful sea view. and on the city of Ajaccio.
Being ideally located, facing the Port of Ajaccio, you will also have the privilege of seeing the docking of cruise ships;
Access to the villa is via an automatic gate (car access) leading to an access in stone paving stones, but also by a pedestrian gate.
This modern 140 m² villa on 2 levels will seduce you with its modern lines combining concrete, stones, wood and glass.
In the DRC, it consists of a beautiful open living space with a fully equipped kitchen and a very bright living room with a corner bay window, allowing direct access to the superb terrace with swimming pool;
There is a 1st bedroom and an independent guest WC.
ON THE FLOOR, there is a space dedicated to relaxation (reading ....) with once again, a very nice view of Ajaccio;
Then, we find a very nice space dedicated to parents with a grouping suite, a bedroom with TV, a shower room and a dressing room, giving access to a 40 m² terrace on which you will enjoy the view.
Finally, a last bedroom with TV.
a bathroom and a separate toilet.
All the main rooms are oriented towards the sea.
