Diría la ubicación por su cercanía con los sitios más interesantes. Pero eso no sirve de nada por el ruido incesante de la calle, la suciedad del entorno y las gente borracha durmiendo en la vereda.

Nada. Lo peor de todo no es que el hotel sea sólo una casa vieja a la que no hacen mantenimiento. Ni tampoco que no pudiera dormir la primera noche porque me dieran la habitación más ruidosa teniendo sin ocupar otras similares. Y un baño sin agua caliente. Ni que se use como motel. Peor que todo eso es la administración: insirieron en que el check in sólo es hasta las 8 pm. Luego me cobraron por duplicado con la tarjeta y hasta hoy, cuatro días después, no me reintegran el dinero. Y el administrador ni siquiera volvió a aparecer por el hotel ni responde mensajes y llamadas. Lo que venden en las fotos de Booking es mentira. Este hotel es la peor estafa en mis 12 años como cliente de Booking.

Excelente ubicación, muy agradable . Súper el espacio de la cocina y social la sala para ver TV

Por ser familiar la habitación y su ubicación cerca a ventanales en la época de invierno que fuimos hizo demasiado frío.🥶

Muy buen lugar, ubicación buena, sin embargo tener una ubicación tan centrica hace que tenga mucho ruido de la ciudad. Fuera de eso el lugar es excelente.

Tranquilidad.

Un lugar tranquilo para descansar, la habitaciónen la que me quedé esta aislada y no había ruido que molestara. La habitación tiene los servicios necesarios, las sábanas limpias y agua caliente a toda hora. Estaría bien poder tener alguna opción para preparar café, ya sea una cafetera en la habitación o en alguna área común, igual había una y no la vi.

La ubicación es súper céntrica, caminando puedes recorrer los puntos más importantes de San Luis Potosí

It was an Ok experience. It got us through the trip but it’s not anything amazing. You get what you pay for.

I loved the staff they were really friendly. I also loved that it was close to San Luis downtown

Although I liked that we were close to a lot of restaurants I did not like that it was by a shady neighborhood. I don’t think the cleaning services were done correctly. The restroom is quite dirty and the bed was really hard.

Gorgeous space-the pictures don't do it justice. Beautiful courtyard off every room and well equipped shared kitchen. Enough beds for pur fanily and appreciated the fridge in our room. Staff let us park securely. Must stay if visiting SLP!

More pillows would be great as well as a coffee maker/kettle.

Not good

The location was falsely advertised, by using photos and images of one of their different locations. There was no toilet paper in the rooms, very little drinking water, no towels, no blankets and we did not get the rooms we asked for. In addition, I never received a response to my booking questions and staff were seemingly unavailable. I had to have a local friend go to the house, get the keys and code, then have him wait to let us in at midnight because staff were unavailable by correspondence and they left the property at 9pm.
