very clean, attractive room on a great location. Good food in the bar and a great local atmosphere.
it'd be good to have a bedside table and lamp. For some reason the water from the kettle tasted horrible!

perfectly sized room with all necessary amenities, easy to get to, plenty of cafes & pubs nearby. cleaned everyday, very helpful staff, couldn’t have asked for anymore during my 2 night stay.
Pub is located on a busy road through Hampton Wick, so it’s quite noisy with traffic from 7am-7pm

Lots of character.

We liked the location as for walking into Kingston.
We didn't like the room,as being very dark not at all appealing also position of the accommodation being very noisey.

location / bar staff friendly enough
Room was tiny. It wouldn’t suit an oversized person. cleaner was grumpy and a bit rude and thought check out was at 11am (not the advertised 11-11.30..and yes, I was 9 mins late hence the cleaner comment)

Good place to stay very good staff and clean room.
No breakfast supplied but plenty of places nearby to eat. Mattress rather soft and noisy fan/pump next to room.

Love the location, the pub itself, the lovely staff and the fantastic food.

Great food downstairs in Pub. Staff were super friendly and great location.
Extraction fan needed to be turned in outside of bathroom and “side table” shelves were dangerous in comparison to where you slept. Really these should be removed for H&S.

boutique
was all good. no negatives
9.0 / 10.0
A clean and comfortable little room, ideal for one person. A good strong shower and excellent wifi. Friendly staff and some nice food in the pub below. Street parking was ok for me, visiting over a weekend and bank holiday, but could be difficult and expensive during the week. A short walk over the bridge into Kingston.
Nothing to report, all was good. If I had to provide some constructive criticism, it would be that the room could be improved by having another source of light.

nothing. being from US, the narrow hallways and steep steps are challenging to get used to with luggage. it is was it is. nothing negative about staying here.
parking! Not being from the area and having to drive around to find a spot was challenging.
The city should allow the hotel to # spots out front and let patrons park there.

The restuarant/pub itself, very friendly, great service by staff, a good selection of food and the food itself was excellent.
The room was a little dark, but comfortable. Being on the main road it was fairly noisey throughout the night. Great location.
Breakfast options are zero which was disappointing, at least a continental breakfast could be served or details for local ammenities would have been appreciated.

location was good as we needed to be in the area, otherwise nothing
a bottle of water in my room was half drank just with the glass put over it. The blinds offer no real shade from street light. The walls are paper thin, you hear every movement from other rooms and get the vibration and noise of every passing vehicle

Great location. Close to shops and amenities.
Town centre a short walk away across the bridge. Easy side access with own front door key.
Wonderful, king sized, comfortable bed.
Plenty of complimentary refreshments in the room. Modern en-suite shower room. No noisy bathroom fans. Boutique style with quirky decor.
Dinner in the restaurant was a pleasant experience. Good food and attentive service plus 10% off for staying guests.
Room is quite dark.
Intermittent noises possibly from a boiler below the room. However, not loud enough to keep me awake!
