Alloggio situato in un contesto privato, recintato e con posto auto riservato insieme ad altre 6 unità di 1/2 piani atti sempre ad unità ricettive. Dotato di giardinetto primato fronte ingresso dove è possibile consumare i pasti. Alloggio di giuste dimensioni con tutto il necessario; Cucina ben fornita e climatizzatori presenti in ogni stanza. L'attenzione della proprietaria vale tutte le stesse assegnate; mi ha contattato il giorno prima per spiegarmi come reperire le chiavi ed entrare nel cortile privato, mandandomi poi il tutto in maniera molto dettagliata su whatsapp, proposto la posticipa del check-out (di sua spontanea volontà) e ci ha fatto trovare in frigo alcune birre e bibite. A poco meno di 3 km dal centro, fattibile anche a piedi volendo. Qualche civico prima presente la Coop dove fare la spesa.

non una critica, ma solamente un suggerimento: credo che i materassi non siano all'altezza della casa; un piccolo investimento per rendere praticamente perfetta questa struttura!

Rahat, keyifli bir konaklamaydı. Teşekkürler.

Konum güzel, otobandan çok rahatça ulaştık. Şirin, temiz, bahçesi keyifli bir ev. Hiç bir sıkıntı yaşamadık sayılır.

Bahçede otururken sinek sıkıntısı çektik. Sanırım iyi bir bahçe düzenlemesine ve ilaçlamaya ihtiyaç var. Bir de bahçedeyken ev sahibi sizi kamerayla izliyor.

Beautiful house and great host!!

The house was clean and in a very good location. It had an amazing little garden where everyone can enjoy their drink at night and breakfast.

Host was magnificent. Great instructions and information. Very helpful with all requests. Very comfortable accommodation. Bed comfortable nice kitchen.

Limited eating establishments nearby open during our stay at night.

Everything was great! Very clean, very good communication despite checking in very late! Moreover, we were allude to check out one hour later than scheduled! Very good service!!!!

Good location, with own and safe parking space. Bus line 20 takes you in a couple of minutes to the city center. Michela, the host, was wonderful. Clear communication, very warm welcome and helpfull during the whole stay (if needed).

Convenient & good location, very friendly & helpful host.

Very clean & modern facilities, everything you needed in the kitchen & bathroom. The secure parking & washing machine were a plus for us & only a few steps to the supermarket & the bus stop into town. There is a pretty little garden with a dining table & a rack for clothes to be dried outside. The aircon worked perfectly too. Great help from the host.

It was great for us but not large enough a big group to be comfortable after a few days.

Exceptional

The place was really cozy and clean, I was really enjoy my time during the staying. The staff is nice and always happy to help. The location is a bit further from city center, but it is not a problem to work there, and super easy to take a bus to there as well. If you don't understand local that much, the staff even help you to get bus tickets, and provide information about how to go there.

I enjoy my stay here.

Owner is friendly and kind, taking care of their guests well. The room is clean and new, the appearance of the buildings is lovely. Free drinks service is nice!

About 15-20 minutes walk to the Bologna Children Book Fair. A little bit far.

The apartment is really great and has everything you would need. Its a bit out of the centre but there is 2 different busses that takes you straight there. So it is well connected.
