It cannot be considered a hotel, it's a dirty mouse trap
Stinky, dirty, bugs in the room
2.2
Room good size. Tv good fridge and kettle great
Shower room not really clean. The waitress didn’t seem happy in her job. Didn’t communicate due to language barrier. Perhaps she’s overworked. They stated buffet I think. But there was cooked breakfast.

Unfortunately, there was nothing good I could possibly say about the place. It was a awful experience from the start to the finish of the tri
Afraid to say that on arrival on the street it was rather off-putting as police were everywhere & my guess was that something very bad had happened. We had nowhere to park at first but then a car went & we managed to grab the space. The greeting was very cold & we were told the number of the room & left to find our way. on entering the room the floorboards were uneven & I caught my foot on a nail. The room had an old kettle but what I was to do with it without Coffee or Tea etc left I didn't know exactly. The bed sheets were dirty & had holes in, quite honestly the place was very shabby & dirty, bathroom was awful.

Close to Stratford Station, as well as Westfield, the West Ham’ football stadium etc. The staff were very friendly.
A bit dilapidated.

You should do more cleaning on the stairs and clean it once daily if possible. One of the towels was unclean with marks of unwashed stains, Advice to the management is that towels should be changed if brown, yellow any colour of stain appears on it, or changed regularly or once used by Customer, choose the convenient of all and act accordinhgly. Lastly, the cupboard in the room that was turned to the wall, can be cleaned (the shelves in it), and repositioned well.
Hope you will make use of this points to improve.
Thanks.
I said it all already

good location, clean and tidy.
weak shower, took ages to shower with such low pressure.

The hotel is near the station and public transport means. It was easy to locate.
This hotel is a hostel at best not a hotel! The facilities were clean but very basic. The room didn't have a window but an open glassed roof. This meant the light was in the room at 4am. Not ideal as there was no way to close it off. No bedsit table or light. No shower gel or shampoo provided. Breakfast was to be served at 8am, but there was nothing there at that time! So left without breakfast as I couldn't wait anymore

Clean room. Good value for the money
Location ( noises from outside)
Poor breakfast ( not full English and cheep I ingredients)
2.2
The location and closeness to London Stadium was the only saving grace
a double and single squeezed in to a room that should have just had a double
a fridge and kettle but no cups or coffee
an apple core and other rubbish under the bed
a shower so hot it was scalding and couldnt be turned down
dirty hall stairs and landings
I believe family members of the people running the hotel sat in reception in pyjamas laid out on sofas eating tea.
decoration was atrocious
2.2
staff were helpful and friendly
no coffee or tea in rooms , very basic
2.2
comfortable bed
no in room utensils, coffee, cups, snacks. mismatching furniture
2.2
Clean and comfortable beds, fan.
Shower was broken, tv didn't work, breakfast was Cereal or toast on their own or with beans or eggs. We had toast which was cheapest bread you could by that was hardly toasted. Butter was from the original tub which had bread crumbs in it. Went for a Mcdonald breakfast instead. Had a room with the only window being in the ceiling. We went in June so very light early, and it was sunny.
