Fantastic place really cool

It's was amazing really cool place, perfect if you like to be out the way but not to far, the breakfast was very good aswell as the restaurant for dinner. Staff where great very helpful and the room was huge very spacious.

设施破旧不堪，booking上的照片应该是刚开业的。洗手间的水有铁锈味，淋浴间根本不敢进，花洒脏到不能用。床单和被子也很脏，我们在上面看到了未知的粉末物，以至于一个晚上没有睡觉。院子因为太久没有清洁也比较脏，并且有很多蚊虫。早餐制作很慢也十分敷衍，自助的食物如水果及蛋糕被一堆虫子叮，让人没有胃口。

Con mucho potencial pero echado a perder.

Es un sitio en la naturaleza muy bonito. El concepto del hotel es genial. Casitas con encanto, todas diferentes y en un entono precioso. El primer día cuando llegamos la cocina estaba cerrada pero nos preparan unos sándwiches muy buenos.

Estaba muy dejado. La piscina estaba vacía y todo al rededor sin mantenimiento ninguno. La habitación estaba un poco sucia, sobretodo el water y no había papel higiénico en la habitación. La organización del hotel era pésima. El personal tenía buena intención pero no hablaban mucho inglés y nada de tailandés, así que no pudieron ayudarnos con nuestras gestiones. No conocían la zona y no pudieron recomendarnos cosas para hacer o indicarnos bien sobre las sugerencias que les pedimos.

Pleasant

Nice staff clean rooms

Tv had no English channels so nothing to do when you want to chill in the room. Had a power cut so no water or electricity. was told would be back on in an hour and half. returned 4 hours later to still no power. don’t think this was the hotels fault but as a result I checked out early.

Avoid that hotel!

Traveled with a group of 4 people. The rooms were below the booked room rate and in very poor conditions (moist, mold on the wall). On 2nd day the staff removed all belongings from the room of one of our friends. When he found the room empty and asked at the reception they told them that they need the room for another guest and need to switch to another room. Furthermore some little low valuable things where missing after the staff took the belongings out of the room. We complained about the overall situation and got after very long discussions 40% off. We booked with breakfast incl. Instant coffee, real coffee was extra charged. We will never go there again. The staff told us that the owner changed some months ago and worsen the hotels conditions and services a lot.

Jungle paradise

If you are searching for something quite and private, this place exactly for you! Big territory with independent houses and a lot of seating and resting areas in jungle. Not big but good swimming pool surrounded with the trees.We had independent house with two room and living room with private are outside and also big habana outside, where we spend most of our evening’s gathering together. Rooms was big and good, bathroom as well. Staff very friendly and always was trying to help us with anything we may need. Also they have nice coffee shop with great coffee and fresh drinks.

Not a quiet getaway

Room decor was ok but the a/c wasn't cool enough.

Arrived for a "quiet getaway" to discover the hotel setting up for a 200 person wedding. Staff overwhelmed and inattentive. Little help in arranging day trips. Pool wasn't in good shape. I booked 3 nights but left after one.

The best sleep that I have had in years and great value for money. Amazing

All of the staff were amazing and made us feel like we were part of 1 big family and I would like to say a very special "Thank You" to the boss (who we had the good fortune on meeting) for his wonderful hospitality. He is definitely the kindest and nicest man that I've met in all of Thailand. I wish him and all his staff good health and success in life.

it’s in the middle of nature and it’s got a cool temple up the mountain nearby where you can hike up to or take a taxi. we felt we were the only guests around, and really appreciated the peace and quiet here. we were passing by and staying here for one night only so it was OK but I reckon I’d struggle a little if I were staying any longer. the receptionist was super lovely and helpful.

if you stay here you gotta understand that it’s an old resort rather outdated and a little hijacked by the surrounding nature. it’s got a lot of humidity so with the rooms being closed for a long time, there’s a really strong smell inside them. kind of mouldy and not very adequate for those suffering from bronchitis, asthma or allergies. The hotel breakfast was quite minimal and the least nice in Thailand so far but no biggie.

Mouldy hotel

The staff were very helpful and Kind. When I said that I could not stay in the first room they offered due to the black mould in the bathroom and the room smelling mouldy they quickly upgraded us into a less dank room with no argument. Unfortunately the upgrade,whilst better than the first room, we could not see any black mould, the room was still musty enough to trigger my asthma after just one nights stay. However, the manager agreed to give me back my money for the following two nights as I was not going to stay at the hotel any longer. He apologised and did not argue he explained that the hotel is being slowly renovated over time and hopefully things will soon get better.

I could not stay at the hotel for the three nights booked due to the room and hotel being damp dank and musty which triggered my Asthma. In the reception black mould could be seen on the ceiling and sitting in the lamp shades.

Beautiful resort in need of some sprucing up.

Large, comfortable room. Very lush and beautiful gardens. Helpful staff. Location in lovely countryside but still close to Chiang Mai city.

Noisy, mouldy aircon and a dirty pool. Everywhere is a bit tired and in need of some attention. Was in a room by the service entrance and neighbour's building site.

Big, clean, comfortable room among the trees

Room is very big and clean. It is about twice the size of normal room. The bedding is very comfortable. The cabin is among the trees with nice atmosphere; also even having a tree in a room. So it is very good value for money. Much better than staying at hostel downtown at the same price.

The bathroom section, the water can run through the toilet section so it is wet all over the toilet. But the shower has a strong flow of water and that is great. Wish the lobby always have a staff to standby cos when I come nobody is there and no number to call so it is quiet scary. I also phoned a couple of times before coming to the resort to ask about spa but no one answered so I know the phone is not working.
