Fabulous hotel in a great location with staff that could not be more friendly and accommodating.
Hard to find anything that we did not like.

Loved everything about The Inn, the staff, location, facilities and food was just perfect.
That we didn’t choose to stay longer

This was probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in - the friendly helpful staff, wonderful setting and excellent food made for a magical stay.
We can't identify a single thing which we didn't like!

Lovely place. Full of history. The staff were excellent, and we really enjoyed our meals at the Boom restaurant.
We stayed in a loft suite. It was a lovely room, with a great view of the harbour. The only slight problem was the lack of sound proofing. We could hear every word spoken in the room next door. Not great at 2am!
Also, the chap that runs to boat across to the Boom restaurant and back has “0” personality. Bordering on rude. We tried to chat to him, but he was only interested in his phone.

Everything … breakfast just needs a bit of improvement. Staffs are gems. They have the most friendly and wonderful receptions - Shanice and Shalanda 🥰

Slightly tired looking and with only half of the restaurants open the half board was note value for money

Very nice hotel but I think the staff lack training.
Great location and good facilities which we used. Linen and beds were good. They gave us the reduced room offer without quibbling at the end and reception was v helpful in arranging taxis and a great trip to stingray city.
Other guests were unhappy about the main restaurant being closed due to low numbers and sometimes the food was a bit indifferent compared with some great restaurants in Falmouth. We had hundreds of mosquitoes in our room on arrival and the door wouldn't lock and shut. Had to call twice to get fixed. Internet was very poor the whole time and they didn't seem very keen to get it fixed. It is non existent in room 18.

The hotel is on a quiet beach and most of the time we felt we had the beach to ourselves. There were no vendors on the beach.
The staff was excellent and would go out of their way to accommodate any requests. During the 2 weeks we were there we felt we got a personal service.
The shuttle to Nelson’s Dockyard was very handy.
We went in low season and there was only one restaurant open. The menu doesn’t change but they did accommodate any specific requests. We were on a half board basis and we could switch dinner for lunch and it made it easier to eat in a restaurant in Nelsons Dockyard on some nights.
The evenings were quiet and there wasn’t much to do. There was no live entertainment or bustling bars but it was low season and it was during coronavirus.

The room was filled with about 50 mosquitoes, it’s a no from me. Left the hotel and went somewhere else in the end - I wasn’t about to start my holiday in a suite filled with mosquitoes and other bugs

Service was exceptional. All the staff was so friendly and our room was extremely comfortable. The beach is gorgeous and very well maintained.
The gym could use a little TLC

Everything by and large.
Bedding in room 25 was less than desirable. Two singles placed together with a so-so king size mattress over them is not an adequate sort of bedding in an establishment of this category.
7.0
Friendly restaurant staff, lovely gardens, beautiful beach, great food.
Our bed was not comfortable and the pillows are terrible. We left early because my husband was extremely sick from something he ate on the first day we arrived. I didn’t feel, on checking out that there was any feeling of concern or offer of assistance.
