About this house rental
This villa is located in a quiet area with good access. Is entered in Turismo de Portugal, IP, and accommodation with registration No. 11293 / AL. It has a garden area with barbecue charcoal, table, chairs and sun umbrella where you can quietly enjoy their meals in the outer space, under the beautiful trees that dominate the property.
Access to long sandy beaches (Manta Rota, Lota, Chameleon) that can be done on foot as they are within 300 meters. You can also access other nearby beaches such as height, Verde Beach, Retur, Monte Gordo or Cabanas de Tavira and Factory where access has to be done in small boats and where you can also enjoy views of the Ria Formosa and rest in perfect harmony with nature.
Several internationally renowned golf courses are nearby and accessible such as the Quinta da Ria Golf and Monte Rei Golf & Country Club.
Just over 10 km you will find the towns of Tavira and Vila Real de Santo Antonio where there is entertainment, cuisine and commerce as well as good level of cultural events that can meet the cultural needs. You can also visit the village of Old Cacela with superb views of the Ria Formosa (especially at sunset) and the Natural Reserve and the historical heritage of Castro Marim.
Vila Real de Santo António, can go by boat and give a "break" to Ayamonte (Spain) where you can make purchases in the traditional trade and enjoy the gastronomy of Andalusia (the famous "tapas" accompanied by a refreshing "tinto verano") an atmosphere of "fiesta" permanent.

This house is a traditional Portuguese house located in the centre of Manta Rota in the vicinity of restaurants, bars a small supermarket. It is on the main way to the beautiful beach which is only a short walk away (about 300m) If you want to be in the middle of things, this is where you want to be. You might hear some cars and noise from the street. The interior style is traditional Portuguese. Beds are comfy and all appliances are functioning. Communication with the property manager was prompt and he was very helpful to solve any issues.

Excelente localização
Casa com muito boas condições e suficiente para uma estadia de família. Com tudo o que era necessário, incluindo wi fi e muitos canais de TV. Limpesa muito boa! Excelente a localização, perto de todo o comércio, cafés e restaurantes e melhor de tudo, perto da praia! Estacionamento na propriedade que facilita imenso!

A árvore no quintal faz toda a diferença, com a sombra o dia todo podemos aproveitar bem o espaço exterior.

Confortável e perto de tudo
A propriedade correspondeu integralmente às nossas expetativas. Aconchegante, a "Casa da avó" é suficientemente espaçosa e confortável para receber 5 adultos, dispondo de todos os equipamentos indispensáveis. A sua localização é também uma mais valia, uma vez que o comércio local e a praia estão efetivamente muito próximos, não sendo necessária a utilização do automóvel que pode permanecer estacionado no espaço reservado para o efeito no interior da propriedade.
Tenho a certeza de que voltaremos.

Casa "cosy", bem equipada e funcional. Convém perfeitamente pra 4 pessoas. Camas confortáveis.
Acesso fácil aos comércios, restaurantes e praia.
Pequeno conselho pra melhor conforto rever almofadas do sofás da sala de estar, (o couro adere à pele e faz transpirar...ou substituir as almofadas ou cobri las de um tecido em algodão). O terraço da casa poderia ser explorado, com sombra, mobiliario, plantas...seria um plus pras noites quentes do algarve.

É uma casa bem equipada e em bom estado de conservação. Muito bem localizada, perto de supermercado, restauração e a 5 minutos da praia. A árvore no exterior dá uma sombra espetacular para refeições ao ar livre.
não tem garagem fechada, mas lugar para o carro dentro da propriedade. não tem internet incluido no valor da estadia.

Manque un mitigeur dans la douche
wifi payant. Eau et électricité non incluses dans le prix de la location.
Pas de garage mais une place dans la cour. Très bien équipe draps et serviettes changé chaque semaine.
