Friendly and helpful staff! :)

The day staff and concierge were super friendly and helpful!

Room had an on-going buzzing sound that couldn’t be switched off, so it was a bit distracting. Soap dispenser in shower was loose.

Disappointing

Please engage the maintenance team to service all the aircon. The blower and filter seem to be too dirty ( due to which the aircon doesn't properly flow the air and its breathing.

Costly( the rooms are small, no drinking water no toothpaste etc.

smack right in the middle of the ortigas business district

The location was smack right next to my office, so that's a win for me.

The air conditioning's default setting was at 23 degrees, so I was sweating in the middle of the night as I didn't realise that that was the default setting.

Good value for a short stay

The location was nice and the staff were helpful. The toilet and bathroom were spacious.

Initially, I was assigned with a room that has a strong scent of cigarettes but was quickly transferred to another one. No cabinets to store your other belongings.

Needs Improvement

I like the staff are all friendly and the room is clean. I also have a great view in my room.

I think the price does not give justice, I know it is a 1 star hotel but the price I paid is already comparable to the 3 star hotel I last stayed at. No water, no slippers, no toothbrush, you have to buy them separately which I think should be included even motels have these items.

Passable, excellent staff, great location but with several improvements needed in the room department.

1) The location, close to everything. 2) The staff were very friendly and respectful, give them credit.

1) The rooms were very small, hardly no space to move and walk. The beds literally took up 80% of the room. 2) The soap dispensers were broken with both rooms, once you pressed the dispenser for soap, it came off. 3) The AC was leaking in my room, the staff said it was going to be fixed but it never was until I checked out. 4) The TV’s were faulty and dusty. I don’t know why. I couldn’t use the TV for my whole stay.
