Fantastic view from the decking. Well equipped

Not set up for 4 adults to share. Second bedroom has child size beds, this was not explained . Nowhere comfortable to sit inside or outside. Location- thought it was 300m from the beach more like 30 minutes walk

Very relaxing, nice pool, helpful staff

Self catering, and we rented a bbq. Lovely views and sunsets from terrace.

Access to sea could have been better. Not easy to find easily as a long way out of Tranche sur Mer

Even with the Buts! We loved our stay and would come back

We loved it, the static caravan was clean, comfortable if a little on small side, but boy the outside made up for that. A good size decking with table and chairs along with the most beautiful scenery and sunsets right in front of you. The pool was lovely and in mid September quite. Staff in reception and small bar very friendly and helpful.

It would have been so idyllic if we didn't have to listen to the music from the van across the path behind us. No one came and told them to turn it down, so they could enjoy their rap it but others weren't forced to. Considering we were in the top price vans, the sun chairs on the decking were so uncomfortable, I could only sit in them for few minutes at a time, then had to changed to the table chairs. You could order bread for the next day at reception, but wish there had been a small shop.

The location was fantastic. We had booked a 2 bedroom premium with a sea view and as it was only 3 months old the property exceeded our expectations. The site is a small site which offers all necessary facilities whilst enjoying a relaxing and tranquil setting.

We liked the chalet and terrace with the fabulous views but would not return because of the reasons

Self catering. Lovey chalet in a fantastic position. Great pool. Very clean and well equipped. However very dangerous around chalet. Tree roots sticking out. Step on to terrace totally broken. Mum (93) put walking stick on floor inside chalet which gave way under her. She fell, cut her head open and I had to call the ambulance at 9.00 pm. One of your staff came and asked what happened. Mum was in hospital over night. Nobody came to ask how she was. When we left the member of staff who checked us out didn’t know anything about it. You should have an incident book. Even supermarkets record incidents. The paramedic was horrified by the state of the step.

Better information from your staff. And perhaps a little concern for an old lady who had fallen in one of your chalets and ended up in hospital.

Broken shower door, could nog close, poor tv reception which i fixed myself(bad connection cable), no stop in the kitchensink, the fridge was not clean and there was leftover of coffee in the cupboard

Amazing views of the marsh and the sunset from the wooden deck.

We booked a privilege cabin with front view to the marsh and the sea. Because it was already off-season most of the camping was empty and quiet. Watching the sunset from the private wooden deck in silence while sipping a nice glass of wine was definitively one of the highlights of the stay. All the cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils were new or in good condition. The swimming pool was warm and clean.

Following instructions we had to drive 15km to a different camping to get the key just to find out they had actually left the keys in the camping inside a key box. When you arrive all the kitchen utensils are over a table for you to do inventory, you must clean everything before departing (no room or cleaning service). No bedsheets, towels, cleaning products or even toilet paper. Is a cabin for campers so you must bring all you may need. Despite the cabin was advertised for 6, I am happy we were actually only the 2 because the space is quite limited.
