I travel about 200 days per year for work, and I don't remember a hotel where the staff was as clueless as here.
When I checked in I said that I have loads of luggage, and asked to be put in any room with the easiest access to carry all of my stuff. So I was put on the top floor - as far as possible. When I was carrying my gear from the car, two very young hotel employees were smoking weed outside the garage. Instead of helping me, they were laughing how I have a lot not stuff and was struggling to get everything inside.
I couldn't get any food in the hotel on either night. Restaurant kitchen was closed at 20:30. Also other restaurants in Alagna town were closed on Monday. So no food, and hotel couldn't organise anything.
You can't get by with English in this hotel. If you don't speak Italian no one will understand you. The staff didn't know anything about skiing conditions, lift opening hours, and so on. Or they just didn't understand what I was asking.
The Wifi is the slowest I've ever experienced since 1999. I had to send some files for work. 48mb took 1h 28min to upload and right at the end the connection broke down.
It's kind of shame. The building is nice. But there are no hospitality professionals working in this establishment. Not even one. They have a nice spa, but never any drinking water. The jugs were always empty. Only lemons on the bottom.
I'm still in Alagna and would have stayed in the hotel if everything worked. I changed to a half cheaper Airbnb apartment and haven't had any issues here. The owner helped my equipment in, gave all information about skiing, and the same file on his Wifi took 3 minutes upload. It ain't so hard if you know what you're doing...

Totaly nothing
because there is no service, bedroom without window, the poorest you can imagine breakfast, reaching your room from receptiob is the same distance as ski lifts. check in took almost 2.5 hours.

We were very I'm impressed by the high standard of service, food and the design and architecture of the hotel. The spa and swimming pool was an extremely pleasant extra which we enjoyed hugely as was the extensive breakfast and the evening bar meal which were exceptional.

The spa is excellent, breakfast great as well as the structure outfit which is almost brand new. Good parking opportunities nearby.

The hotel was very nice and well kept. It is located in a relatively central location in the small town but so is the business because the village is really tiny and can be reached without a car anywhere.
We loved the breakfast but I would have been happy if they had served fresh vegetables that I was sorely lacking. The spa was not fully open so the extra charge for it felt a little unnecessary to me.

Central position
The staff wasn't very helpful. The water of the pool was cold. Not many facilities.

everything and everyone were very polite and ready to help
location. is brand new

Excellent breakfast. Comfortable clean and well finished rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. The spa was nice. We had a very good dinner in the restaurant with wine tasting on one evening.
It was a shame that the bar closed at 7pm and also that it was downstairs with no windows.

Clean and beautiful building. Good service. Comfortable unit for couple with adult child. Beautiful spa (but extra cost). The breakfast was amazing!
The extra cost for the pool and it is too cold in the winter. Skier’s want to warm their bones and although Italian law prohibits above 36 degrees the thermostat should be in the outdoor section. Dinner was expensive

Our room was very cozy and super clean. Very good breakfast. nice walk to the cable car You can stretch your legs.
The hotel is very expensive and we have to pay extra for the SPA (unbelievable).
4.3
Nice and clean complex of rooms/apartments, comfy beds, but we will not coming back.
Our stay would probably have been much more pleasant if it was not for very inefficient and incompetent staff. Also, we did not get the concept of this hotel e.g. you have a fully-fitted kitchen in a room, but not a single glass or plate... Be careful, if you book via booking.com, the spa is not included (btw. our rate was ~400 Euro/night for 2 people)

excellent room (333); friendly staff; on site parking; all very clean
charged extra for pool/spa use; no passion (chain type service); breakfast and food; lacked charm and personal touch

great location in Alagna.
I have been coming for 5 years to this hotel. for the first time I have been disappointed for many reason:
1. when we arrived the reception told us we didn’t have accès to the swimming pool and spa because we booked through booking. they asked 20eur per person per day…
2. the quality of the breakfast was really low and not as I was used before. The buffet was very limited and if you wanted eggs in another way than scrambled you have to pay 6eur! a fresh orange juice, 6Eur! etc.
3. even the the and coffee was not refilled completely in the room everyday…
It seems they want to save money on the quality and service…

We understand COVID has changed the travel and tourism industry, and we are more than willing to adapt for safety and security, but it should have been mentioned prior to booking that we needed to reserve a place in the pool each day. (Which we cuold have easily complied with). We chose this hotel for the very specific reason that it offered an inside outside pool and spa (we have 3 children). We spent 3 days/ 2 nights there and we were only able to use the pool once. The day prior to our departure we asked if we could reserve a morning spot at the pool, but were told that in terms of timing, that it would only be possible, if we took a late checkout which we would be charged an additional 50 Euros for. I found this completely unsatisfactory and not at all service friendly.
