Very friendly front desk staff. Clean room and comfortable beds. Breakfast included and had severAl opti9ns including hot and cold. Close to several restaurants that deliver. Front desk sold bottles of wine.
The website said that there was an on-site restaurant which we found out at arrival has been closed for 4 years. The good news was the amount of pub style restaurants that deliver.

Bed was good , room was clean , food ok
Front desk gave another couple , keys to our room , we were nicely asleep for two hours when people came in . Needless too say it was hard to get back to sleep after that .Was very tired after 12 hours of driving and this did not help us get rested for another 10 hours of driving day .

Not much
Waited 15 + min for a clerk several people waiting.
NO MENTION on line no elevator.
Think it should mention on line.
We are not 100perc. Mobile climbing stairs is an issue.
Old interior. Room doors had veneer missing.property in general a mess . 250$a night??? Shower leaked on all connections.
Are you kidding me. Outside security door did not lock automatically. Close the place or refurbish. Also send me 50 $ back. I am generous at that.
You can guess we did not like it whatsoever.

Breakfast was good.
The carpets need to be changed, they look really old

The showers had amazing pressure. The cleaning ladies were lovely.
Breakfast was very greasy and the coffee was very watered down and seethrough. The whole place smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke and the air freshener trying desperately to cover it up with citrus spray. It made it smell even worse. Furniture and doors were chipping.

Great breakfast.
Pool was good.

Outdated decor. Worn carpets. And the breakfast was do it yourself egg McMuffin with no cheese.

Nothing!!!!
This hotel should not be availabe to book!!!!!
Ive never felt so uneasy in my life!!!!!!!
Security on the doors, had to move car from the parking bay close to room, to right outside main entrance, as felt threatened by presumably imigrants that have appeared to have taken over the hotel!
Kids running up and down the corridors. Stood in the corridors playing games, groups of men outside entrances, and sat on the floors in corridors, very uneasy feeling having to walk past them.
I spoke with reception asking what was going on, he relpied the hotel is full due to a government programme, but wouldn't go into details??????
Looking on the internet its asylam seekers.
He said it wont be forever.
Lucky were only here one night, and then never slept anyway!!!
Im distgusted at the fact we were not informed of this on booking or on arrival.
We had high ecpectations of the Ramada!
In the morning the dining area again had security on the door.
The side exit doors had been proped open with little sticks, so as keeping doors just open but not visable to security staff.
No facilities were open, pool shut, drained. Gym not open.
Receptionist was extremely apologetic, saying they too were only informed the hotel was opening to paying guests afew days before, as it hadbeen shut for months to asylam seekers.
I explained what had happened regarding security of the hotel, how unsafe we felt and how the recepionist the night before looked very uneasy when explaining.
We said we would not be staying for breakfast, with security watching over us!!
How disgusted we were to be charged the full price without any explanation. If we new we would never had stayed but due to arriving quite late we had little choice being the long weekend!
She too was very upset to hear how are stay was and has asked us to complain to their manager.
She is going to try and refund our nights stay.
Ive messaged Booking.com to tell them to remove the Hotel from their list, and advised them of our stay but heard nothing back!
